We just ended our stay at the La Maison Rouge in Strasbourg Marriott. |Our experience was exceptional. When I checked in on the app and told Marta that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary, she immediately upgraded our room and the room was indeed lovely and quiet, so many thanks to her. I am a platinum member and we had complimentary breakfast in the dining room that is absolutely lovely. The breakfast is good and one item from a general menu can be included. I had a fabulous brioche every morning, it’s out of this world. |This old hotel has been upgraded, and they kept the art deco style. It is different from modern, but very French and lovely. |My highest compliments to a great concierge Mr. Tanguy Julien who has been very kind and involved in trying to help resolving an issue. |The hotel could not be more centrally located, right next to Galleries Lafayette department store.|Although it did not diminish our experience with the hotel, the food at the hotel restaurant ( different from the breakfast buffet dining room) was below satisfactory. |All in all, I would never hesitate staying here again and recommend to anyone planning to stay in Strasbourg.

Super expérience à l’hôtel Maison Rouge ! J’y ai passé une nuit et tout était vraiment top, le personnel aux petits soins, on s'est vite senti bien dès l’arrivée.
Sally, directrice commerciale et marketing a pris de son temps pour nous accueillir chaleureusement et nous faire sentir privilégiés.
La chambre était confortable, calme, très propre et joliment décorée. Mention spéciale pour le spa : hamac, jacuzzi, sauna… un vrai moment de détente, parfait pour déconnecter.
Le petit déjeuner aussi était excellent, avec un large choix et des produits de qualité. Merci à Alan qui nous a laissé prendre notre temps et de savourer, c’est un vrai plus.
Enfin merci à Julien, concierge de l'hôtel pour son professionnalisme, attentif aux moindres besoins.
Bref, un séjour court mais parfait. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.
