Despite the hotel’s beautiful location, the reception staff were uncooperative. We requested to complete the check-in and release the deposit, but after finishing all the procedures, we were informed that we couldn’t enter the room until 4 PM. Surprisingly, although it’s a five-star hotel, no assistance was provided with carrying the luggage to the room. I would not recommend staying here if I were to visit again.

My partner and I travel frequently and, when we can, we try to stay at a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. The hotels are consistently comfortable and well located, and we generally get good and professional service. Every once in a while, however, someone goes beyond expectations and offers service that is so exemplary that we can’t but recognize it. So, we want to sincerely and gratefully thank Marta who greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile during our recent stay at La Maison Rouge in Strasbourg. She went out of her way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Thank you again for everything Marta!

I am a frequent traveler in Europe and can safely say that I have never been better received and cared for than at the Maison Rouge Strasbourg. I loved the Hotel and feel confident that for whatever reason you are traveling and whatever your expectations you will be happy with a stay at the Maison Rouge. Thanks to all of the staff and especially to Norman Theiss in Guest Relations for setting a new standard for hospitality.

Magnifique chambre et accueil
Les chambres sont modernes, bien équipées et confortables, dignes d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Le personnel est amical et professionnel, toujours serviable sans être excessif. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité, varié et bien présenté, parfait pour commencer la journée, avec une mention spéciale pour l'omelette..
