The hotel has an excellent location, which is the only thing that truly deserves five stars. However, the rooms are quite small and when we arrived, they were not heated.
They should also make sure to always have hot water in the bathroom.
For all hotel breakfast lovers, eggs were not served—instead, there was just a bowl of raw eggs that you could put into boiling water and cook yourself as you wish. However, there were no scrambled eggs or fried eggs. The breakfast was very poor and had to be paid for separately, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
There are several small restaurants nearby that offer breakfast, so it might be a better idea to spend your money there rather than eating at the hotel.
All things considered, this hotel is actually a three-star, definitely not a four-star.

The location was wonderful! Unfortunately there was no elevator from the ground floor, so at least one flight of stairs is required to reach the rooms.

Posizione centralissima, parcheggio Austerlitz vicino e conveniente. Il personale si è dimostrato preparato e gentilissimo. Camera piccola ma ben arredata e letto con ottimo materasso. Colazione discreta non inclusa nel prezzo della camera.
La doccia è sempre il tallone d'Achille degli alberghi per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Anche in questo caso bella doccia, spaziosa ma la pulizia all'interno lascia un pò a desiderare

Was leider ganz klar ein Minuspunkt ist: einige Zimmer bekommen keinerlei frische Luft und haben zusätzlich keine Klimaanlage.
Bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur war die Temperatur im Zimmer bei 27,3 Grad Celsius. Aufgrund der Tatsache dass einige Fenster der Zimmer nur in das Innere des Hotels zeigen ist keinerlei frische Luft vorhanden. Es gibt zudem nur eine Heizung, keine Klimaanlage. Weshalb sich der Raum sehr stark aufgeheizt hatte. Wir haben sogar mit offenem Fenster (wie gesagt, das Fenster zeigt ins Innere des Hotels) geschlafen und dennoch wurde es immer wärmer und wärmer + dazu kam, dass die Leute, die in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen im Hotel unterwegs waren uns vom Schlafen abgehalten haben. Aus diesem Grund würde ich die Zimmer, die im inneren des Hotels liegen auf keinen Fall empfehlen.
