Beautiful hotel, just the right balance of being quiet but next to everything. The staff were friendly & professional without being overbearing. Our room was clean upon arrival and CGleaned throughout our stay. Only suggestion would be to bring your own shampoo & conditioner as this wasn’t provided in the room - there is a universal shower gel in the shower which can be used as a shampoo but no conditioner which I found a bit odd but not enough to make a complaint to reception about it. Also no iron or ironing board which wasn’t needed by us but maybe something to be aware of.

Je suis allée au Bouclier d’Or grâce à un bon cadeau pour le Spa & Petit-déjeuner. Le spa est calme et relaxant. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner propose un large choix de produits de grande qualité, et des boissons chaudes sur demande. Si vous souhaitez une escapade relaxante, je vous conseille vivement le Bouclier d’Or! merci!
SPA bienvenu. Mais le site internet me laissait penser que la prestation de base commençait à 75€, alors que l'entrée sans intervention d'une masseuse est à 15 €. J'aurais aussi aimé des jets bien plus froids dans la douche à jets de massage.
La température dans la chambre était un peu trop chaude.
Pas de mini frigo, c'est rare pour un 4 étoiles.. ça manque !
