Nice hotel, centrally located. Rooms are of ok size and clean. Staff is kind and attentive. Breakfast is good. They have a garage down the street which is ok.

Hôtel bien situé à deux pas de la petite France et à proximité de la gare. |Accueil professionnel et courtois. |Chambre spacieuse, claire et au calme. Salle de bain neuve et pratique avec douche à l’italienne. Literie confortable. Volets électriques. Plateau de courtoisie et mini frigo. |Bref un rapport qualité prix excellent.

We stayed here on a business trip because it's located next to the train station. There are various hotels near the station which make it a convenient place to stay and various restaurants nearby. We booked a family room which was good in size, clean, and most importantly a baby bath and changing mat was provided. It was very unusual for a hotel to provide a changing mat and a baby bath which makes our stay really comfortable.
I have highlighted a few pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Provided baby bath and changing mat
2. Powerful shower
3. Good location
4. Friendly staff
5. Dressing gown was provided

Cons:
1. Breakfast was limited, not many hot food options
2. Compact lift
3. Small bathroom for a family room

Overall, it's a good place, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel for lunch or dinner which is quite unusual. We had a good time but it would be nice if certain improvements are made.

雖然飯店看起來重新整理過
但整體還是很老舊
電梯很小很慢還會夾人
房間很小
廁所排水很差
他唯一的優點應該就是只有地理位置了

Alt eingesessenes Hotel welches als Franchise als Best Western geführt wird. Sehr zentral in eher ruhiger Seitenstraße gelegen. Das touristische Zentrum von Straßburg ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.|Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, mehrsprachig.|Garagenplatz ist auf Anfrage um 17,- verfügbar. Ein- und Ausfahrt nur in Begleitung eines Hotelmitarbeiters, da die Garage sehr eng ist.|Das Hotel dürfte immer wieder renoviert werden, was zb an den modernen Gängen in den Etagen erkennbar ist. Zimmer komplett ausgestattet, alles ordentlich, allerdings dort und da etwas Überarbeitungsbedarf.|Leider wird Straßburg immer mehr zu einem Touristenzentrum à la Disneyland. Autofahrer unerwünscht, Straßen werden zunehmend rückgebaut. Teilweise auch für Fußgänger gefährliche Radfahrer unterwegs.
