HÔTEL ATHÉNA SPA ^{* * *}

Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Rezeption sehr nett und aufmerksam. Nur ein wenig laut Straßenbahn und Straße.

Otel ile başlarsak ,
Temiz olduğunu söyleyebilirim düşünülerek tasarlanmış hoş biblo ve dekoratif eşyalar ile süslenmişti.. sadece havlular kokuyordu bunun dışında rahatsız olduğum bir şey olmadı, ör: şampuan ve sabun çok güzel kokuyordu ve kaliteli..
Konum olarak etrafında ulaşabileceğimiz pek bir yer yoktu ama nezih bir muhit olduğunu düşündüm

Restaurant:
Fotoğraflarını koydum çocuk icin istedik hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü patates kızartmasıydi ben bu kadar yağlı bir şey görmedim bunu yiyemeyecegini söyledik ve geri yolladık.degisecegini düşündük ama yine aynı tabakla geldi garson, cocuk çok aç olduğu için biraz yedi ve kalktık hesabı ödediğimiz halde arkamizdan birisi koştu ve para istedi yani neresinden baksan çok kötü muameleydi ve bu benim için kabul edilemez, otele daha yüksek puan verecektim ancak bu durum beni çok üzdü ....
Hotel:
I can say that it was clean, and it was decorated with tasteful ornaments and decorative items that showed thought and care. The only issue was that the towels had an unpleasant smell, but aside from that, nothing bothered me. For example, the shampoo and soap smelled wonderful and were of good quality.
In terms of location, there weren’t many places nearby that we could easily reach, but I still felt it was a decent and quiet neighborhood.

Restaurant:
I’ve added photos — we ordered for a child, and it was honestly the worst French fries I’ve ever seen. I’ve never seen anything so greasy. We told them it was inedible and sent it back, expecting it to be replaced, but they brought back the exact same plate. The child was very hungry, so he ate a little, and we left.
Even though we had paid the bill, someone ran after us asking for more money.
No matter how you look at it, it was terrible treatment. For me, this is completely unacceptable and it really upset me.

Amazing hotel with very kind staff and many facilities such as sauna, hammam, indoor pool and bar. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Thank you for all. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️

Sehr unhygienisch im Wellnessbereich der Tee im Wellnessbereich das Schwimmen den ganzen Tag die Teebeutel drin, die man eigentlich nach 5-8 Minuten entfernen sollte. Der Müll bleibt den ganzen Tag liegen, weil den keiner weg räumt. Beim Frühstück muss man seine Frühstückseier selber abkochen Personal. Schlechtes Englisch ist gar kein Englisch.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la salle de réception très spacieuse et cosy. Tout est bien agencé, on se sent bien dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est à l’écoute et disponible. ||Le restaurant propose une carte variée et raffinée. L’ambiance est très agréable.||Nous avons toutefois été dérangé par des craquements fréquents du mobilier pendant la nuit ainsi que par le bruit du tram. Une meilleure insonorisation serait apprécié.
