Das Zimmer war leider etwas staubig und es gab keine Steckdose am Bett, was etwas unpraktisch war. Der Service war jedoch gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach mehrere Sprachen – das war ein großer Pluspunkt.

Lovely place ,small cozy rooms good for a couple , water bottle should have been provided by default ,may be it's not common in Europe to have them but it's basic in Asia atleast but nice staff and quite supportive and helpful otherwise pretty nice location

The service was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, location was good too.. 25 minute walk along the river to the city centre. Unfortunately the rooms were really uncomfortable, the mattresses were rock solid. We stayed 2 nights and both mornings I woke with my back in agony from the mattress (I'm only 34!). We also visited during a heat wave, which obviously isn't the hotels fault.. But no air con or fan made the temperature in the rooms unbearable. The WiFi was also slow and unusable.

Super freundlich, günstig, gute Küche.
Appena siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti da un signore gentile, simpatico e professionale, attento alle esigenze dei clienti e anche conoscitore della lingua italiana e inglese.
La camera, benché piccola, offre tutti i servizi utili per il soggiorno in questa città e una pulizia impeccabile (complimenti al personale addetto alle pulizie).
Inoltre, molti clienti nelle recensioni lamentano l'assenza di aria condizionata, è vero è assente e non è il massimo per un hotel, tuttavia nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi (luglio) si stava davvero bene e abbiamo dovuto chiudere la finestra perché ad un certo orario ha anche iniziato a fare freschetto.
Prezzo delle camere molto competitivo.
Ciliegina sulla torta, non scontata in Francia, il parcheggio privato gratuito; solo per questo merita un sacco di punti.
Se dovessi tornare a visitare Strasburgo, tornerei senz'altro in questo hotel.
