Saubere Zimmer, extrem freundliches Personal, Frühstück lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Abendessen nicht getestet. Waren mit Familie dort und uns wurden zwei nebeneinander liegende Zimmer zugewiesen. Mehr Ansprüche habe ich nicht an ein Stadthotel. Circa 15 Minuten Fußweg von der Innenstadt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Stayed here with family for 2 days during the Christmas market season. The hotel is not far from the train station, but the location is not the best - real lack of places to eat around it. You have to walk 10-15 mins to go anywhere good. Room was clean and had requisite amenities, but the entrance into the room was awkward, especially with luggage (which there was no real space to store). The bathroom sink was also very awkward to use for washing the face since the faucet protrudes too far right over the sink. There was a thermostat on the wall, but apparently it doesn't control anything - we had to ask the staff to help and they pointed out there is a radiator that you can dial up or down. Would have been nice to know at check in. Otherwise, it was fine. Breakfast was decent.

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff.
Rooms were large, bathroom was lovely with bath and shower.
Lovely and warm, with comfy bed.
About 15 minute walk to the centre of town.

Excellente situation à distance de marche du centre !
Chambres de classe très confortables, petit déjeuner bon et varié et personnel très aimable et serviable.
Un excellent point de départ pour visiter la belle ville de Strasbourg.
