The location is very convenient if you are arriving by car. The hotel provided all the details on how to arrive, where to park including the discount for the secured and covered parking beforehand. The room was spacious and super clean, had all the amenities needed and complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea and water were much appreciated. We also greatly appreciated the staff's courtesy and availability on all our requests. The breakfast was good with big variety of cold and menu with hot dishes if anyone interested, though we would appreciate more vegan options e.g., pastries, yoghurt, etc. The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep, also with very quiet environment despite the central location.

The hotel provide discount for the parking and various tours, which was nice. We also borrowed umbrellas and we could leave the luggage for a couple of hours with no problem. The marmalade greeting gift from the staff was a nice touch too!

Definitely would recommend and will stay again if find great deals as it is a little pricey.

There is no much really, but the internal beautiful courtyard probably need some refreshing touch as we were looking forward to to see its beauty, but found it rather lacking some attention/maintenance e.g., flowers and plants, etc.

In the middle of the historic town center. Typical Elsasser house with a lot of Charm. Good sized Rooms with bathtub. The hotel and the hotel staff are very dog-friendly and our two little dogs got a nice bad and delicious goodies
Excellent breakfast
Very nice welcoming and efficient Reception ????

Magnifique cocon au centre de Strasbourg,d'un calme reposant apaisant.
Vraiment très bel endroit très authentique.
Personnel très gentil , établissement très propre,on peut manger dans les toilettes...
