Very friendly staff, always cheerful and helpful. Everythings works.||Good breakfast. Coffee and pastries all day.

Nice cozy hotel off a side street just steps away from the canal and short walk to the Cathedral Square. Plenty of dining choices. My double bed room was comfortable and quiet; the staff was always helpful and speak several languages. Breakfast buffet was more than you could ask for and it’s included in the price.

The location is perfect! I came on business and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely book the hotel again. Everything was perfectly clean, staff was incredibly nice with lovely English and I was overall very satisfied. One star down for the breakfast, for 12 euro it is very poor and I would recommend to rather spend the money in the bakery around the corner! That is what I would do the next time anyway, as unfortunately the hotel breakfast is not worth the extra charge.
