We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The lift is very small so if you are a large group (of more than 2 people) you will need to take turns with luggage. The staff are excellent. The location is great for the central area, but I only gave 4 stars as the immediate location is a little uncared-for, although there is nothing that the hotel could do about that, so maybe I am being unfair. We parked in the nearby Austerlitz car park as we have a SUV and had read reviews that the hotel's car park was a bit of a squeeze.

Stylisches Hotel mit super Lage und gutem Frühstück. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, ansonsten wäre uns die Größe des Zimmers schon zu klein gewesen. Lage ist super zentral in Straßburg.
Les chambres sont parfaites literie très bien la salle de bain est correcte la douche de bonne taille et la propreté parfaite
L'emplacement est quasi plein centre ce qui permet de profiter de Strasbourg mais sans subir ltrop de bruit
Le petit déjeuner est très correct , copieux et varié.
Seul bémol le prix du mini bar 8e pour 2 petites bouteilles d eau ça fait un peu cher
