The hotel is super good, and the location is convenient for transport. However, there is a refrigerator with nothing inside.

Upon arrival, I asked for an extra pillow and blanket and was told they did not offer them ??? Next we had a long journey fell asleep and we were on the eighth floor below the restaurant and at midnight we were awoken by banging of chairs, moving of tables and cleaning of the restaurant . We had the window slightly opened and around seven or 8 o’clock there were very loud noises outside of the hotel . The bed was very hard and without the extra blanket for weight on my legs, I did not sleep well. On Sunday morning we went to breakfast which we paid for and there were no eggs available upon our arrival. It was very busy. The coffee machine was empty. There was not a very good variety for breakfast and I asked the manager to please make a couple of hard boiled eggs for my husband and I because we did have them on Saturday and I was told oh I’m sorry” we don’t do that for regular people, that’s just for the tennis players” . I found this quite offensive, so I would probably stay at a different location if I were to visit Strasbourg again. The area around the church was very nice and the European parliament was also a good spot to visit.

The hotel is wonderful. I personally appreciate modern buildings, and this one certainly is. I believe the hotel is around two years old.

The lobby is cosy and welcoming, with a restaurant located on the main level. It creates a spacious and inviting public area. There is also a Starbucks located by the back entrance of the hotel and couple other of restaurants as well.

Breakfast was good for a four-star property. It included a variety of dishes that most would expect to start your day.

The location is very convenient. It is right next to a metro station, and Tram lines E/B (if I remember correctly) take you directly to the city centre and the main train station.

Underground parking is available just behind the hotel, which is a great advantage, especially for those arriving by car.

I am giving this hotel a full rating. Considering it is a four-star property.

Thank you Lucie, for the excellent arrangement. The rooms were perfect, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Chambre agréable dans un cadre moderne près du Parlement européen. Un lit très confortable. Accueil chaleureux. Parking à proximité et au sous-sol. De la terrasse, un point de vue magistral sur la magnifique ville de Strasbourg. Belles balades aux alentours.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was very convenient. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lasha at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. His warm attitude and professionalism made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!
