Out of a two week trip throughout Europe, this was our least favorite hotel. The windows wouldn’t open, it was oppressively hot, the only fans were broken, and no AC. On top of that, the shower didn’t drain and someone had left the towel warmer cranked to high before us and it made an already terrible heat worse. The bathroom didn’t lock and the beds were uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the location close to old town and the nice woman at the front desk. I honestly don’t mind a few rough edges on a hotel, but this pushed even me to my limits.

Hotel und Zimmer ok, leider hat der Zimmerservice vergessen, Handtücher im Bad zu platzieren, nicht sehr professionell.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre ville de Strasbourg, proche de la gare et du tram. De plus, le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable et très attentionnés.
