Sehr gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof.
Moderne Einrichtung.
Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Beleuchtungskonzept im Zimmer sollte überdacht werden. Entweder zu helles Licht oder dann zu schummrig.
Der Innenhof ist zwar nett gedacht, für die Zimmer oberhalb besteht dann jedoch nicht die Möglichkeit, die Fenster in der Nacht offen zu lassen wegen Lärm- und Zigarettenrauch-Emissionen.
Frühstück ein Traum für Schleckmäuler. Unzählige süsse Kuchenvariationen. Für diejenige, die lieber salzige und gesunde Sachen essen, hat es nicht so eine grosse Auswahl.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec mon mari. Globalement, notre séjour a été agréable, notamment grâce au confort de la chambre et au petit déjeuner qui était varié et de très bonne qualité.
Cependant, nous avons rencontré quelques désagréments. Lors du petit déjeuner, le personnel semblait débordé et mal organisé : après nous avoir installés à une table, celle-ci a été attribuée à un autre couple pendant que nous nous servions au buffet. Cela a créé un moment de confusion peu agréable. De plus, notre carte de chambre a été désactivée avant l’heure officielle du checkout, ce qui nous a empêché de retourner directement dans notre chambre en remontant du petit déjeuner. Un désagrément de plus pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Dommage pour ces détails, car l’hôtel a du potentiel.

Don't stay here. The offerings online are so misleading. They state "arcade", of course I didn't expect a full arcade, but I expected maybe a single pinball machine or Fussball...nope. uno cards. That was okay, we can love some Uno cards. But then the all night construction, the blinding lights at night from a crane outside our 4th floor window, but needing to keep windows open cause AC is non-existant... in addition, there is one single man working in the entire hotel. I asked for a wine opener, and he said he can't give it to me cause there is only one. I asked for dog bowls, he couldn't bring them because he was alone...but also couldn't just give them to me?
There is a phone in the room, and at one point i wanted to call the front desk...but the phone seems to be just a landline. No "reception" access. Just an old school phone line...is tha the arcade?!
It was a lovely looking hotel, and the only man working there was very sweet...but I would not recommend, nor stay here again.

This hotel was honestly amazing, showed up a little before check-in and they let us into our room which had a beautiful view of Gare de Strasbourg and the plaza, which means there’s tons of Ubers and taxi’s if you need to get anywhere.
It was only about a 10-15 minute walk before you get into the ‘city center’ and the town is super walkable.
We had brought a bottle of wine back to our room and asked for Glasses from the bar, and they even offered to chill our wine for us! It felt like they actually cared about us having a good time (even if we didn’t purchase a drink from their bar).
Us being English speakers didn’t stop us from being able to communicate with anyone, and all the staff is super friendly. Parking if you do have a rental car is right down the street and relatively inexpensive as well. I would absolutely come back here if we make our way to Strasbourg.

La chambre (pour 2 personnes) est d’une taille suffisante, la salle de bain un poil petite mais là encore suffisante, nous payons un hotel, pas un gite.
L’hotel est tres propre, tres calme meme un samedi en fin de soirée, et agréable (mention pour la terrasse dont nous avons profité un maximum le soir).
Le petit déjeuner est très varié, bio, en circuit court, majoritairement fait maison et excellent.
Nous terminons cet avis par le personnel, charmant, souriant et avec un sens aiguë du service client.
Nous avons pour habitude de changer d’hotel à chaque visite dans une ville mais pour Strasbourg, nous ne descendrons qu’à l’hotel tandem. Parmi les nombreux hotels dans lesquels nous avons séjourné en France, c’est de loin celui qui nous a donné le plus de satisfaction. A bientot
