Booked during high season, but due to unexpected events, I couldn’t travel. I reached out immediately, asking to rebook or at least waive the cancellation fees—or just not charge for meals we wouldn’t eat.
Their response? A flat no. No flexibility, no empathy. Even with a week's notice, they insisted on keeping every cent—including payment for untouched breakfasts.
Their message was clear: "We want your money, not your story."
If you value compassion or basic decency, look elsewhere.
