Amazing breakfast, well structured and trained front desk staff. Perfect location next to the station, very easy to park your car at any park houses around.

Again - a big shout out for the breakfast! Like in a backery ????

Whilst I found the hotel itself and the staff to be generally very good, I encountered a serious and disturbing issue during my stay that cannot be overlooked.

The property has an external courtyard area, which is adjacent to a new development currently under construction. Construction work began at 8:00 AM each morning and was extremely loud from our rear elevation room. We were not informed of any nearby construction prior to arrival, which would have been important to know.

However, the most alarming part of my stay occurred one morning while I was sitting in the courtyard. A section of metal reinforcement bar fell from a significant height from the construction site, missing my head by just centimetres. Whilst not injured the incident left me shaken. This was an extremely dangerous incident that could have resulted in serious injury or worse.

I reported the matter immediately to hotel staff, who apologised and stated they would contact the site manager. While the incident was acknowledged and the danger accepted by the hotel, I was disappointed by the overall response. Aside from an apology, no real action or follow-up was taken by the hotel beyond referring me to the construction team. The construction manager did eventually email and apologise for the incident and noise during my stay.

Crucially, there were no visible safety barriers between the site and the courtyard, and the area remained open to guests, which I believe is a serious health and safety oversight. The hotel seemed to place the responsibility solely on the construction site, when in fact they have a duty of care to protect their guests. They should have restricted access to the courtyard to protect guests from this kind of incident.

If the courtyard remains accessible to residents during this ongoing construction, I would strongly recommend avoiding it for your own safety until the hotel takes more proactive responsibility for guest safety. Also, there was construction noise heard in the bedroom from 8am and I was not advised of works prior to arrival.

Based on the above I did expect a little more than an apology.

Wonderful: the staff were fantastic-engaging, friendly, lovely people; it's in a great location, right by the station/transport, with plenty (shops, restaurants, etc.) around, and a very short walk to the historic centre; rooms are great-clean and well appointed; breakfast was excellent-hot (eggs, sausage), continental, fruits/cerials, plus plenty of delicious home made cakes; it's got a lovely bar (Anisia was brilliant). An all round great vibe, and honestly one of my favourite hotels. If you're going to Strasbourg, look no further.

Harika bir konaklama ve konumdu. Otel ve odalar tertemiz ve konumu tam garın karşısı. Şehirde 4 gün kaldık ve herhangi bir noktaya toplu taşıma kullanmadık. Tarihi ve merkezi yerlerin hepsi otelin arkasında. Şahane bir kahvaltı, muazzam bir ilgi. 5 yaşındaki oğlumuzla kaldık. Sadece odalarda mini bar yok fakat lobideki soğuk su bu sıcak günleri kotardı. Bir kez daha konaklamak dileğiyle…
