Hôtel très sympa et calme, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est complet (salé et sucré) et plutôt local. Le personnel a été très accommodant suite à des modifications de réservation.

10 günlük Avrupa gezimde denk geldiğim ve iyiki de denk gelmişim dediğim otel.
Aracımı 100 metre geride P+R parking alanına park ettim( Günlük 4.5€ ödeme yaptım, verdikleri kartla şehiriçi toplu taşıma ücretsiz oluyor) park sıkıntısı yok. Toplu taşıma ücretsiz olmasına rağmen gittiğim şehirleri yürüyerek gezmeyi sevdiğim için merkeze 20-25 dk'da ulaştım.
Otel temizlik, konum ve fiyat-performans olarak çok güzel bir oteldi.
Çalışanların ilgi alakası çok iyiydi. Özellikle Mass ve Marine girdiğimiz andan itibaren bizimle güzel ilgilendiler( Buradan selam olsun)
Hiç tereddütsüz tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel...

Très bon séjour, un personnel disponible et accueillant. Arrivés en moto avec mon père, nous avons pu laisser nos casques à la bagagerie même après avoir rendu la chambre. La climatisation était la bienvenue en ces temps de canicule.
L’emplacement est bien, avec possibilité de garer son véhicule dans un parking proche et de prendre les transports pour se rendre en 10 min au centre ville.

Housekeeping Staff are brilliant, and the room was immaculate and clean - but our Double Room didn’t have a fridge. Most of the Reception Team were absolutely excellent apart from one young woman who was unhelpful and had a rude attitude. Breakfast was sparse and expensive so eat out with the Hotel for better value for money. Hotel has excellent bus/tram transport links just around the corner and taking you directly to Station and City Centre. We also tried the great grilled lamb chops at nearly Moroccan Restaurant "Le Najiba".

Overall a very cute and clean hotel, I had a pleasant stay! Here's a few irregularities that I don't think speak to the general experience:

- If you're traveling during the summer of 2025 the tram that normally takes you straight to the hotel from the train station is out of service. There's a replacement bus that you can take to get from the hotel, so not a huge deal but it did surprise me at arrival.
- If you pay cash for the city tax, don't be silly like me and forget to ask for a receipt. They charged me twice for the city tax (at check in and check out) after a one night stay because the employee from the night before forgot to record my payment. It's only about 3€ so it wasn't something I felt like fighting, but ended my stay on a bit of a sour note nonetheless.

A 20 min hike from station and 35 mins from cathedral and centre. Lovely room which was well equipped EXCEPT for paper cups for teas or instant coffee.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personne est très sympathique et l’hôtel est top. Les chambres sont très biens et propres. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bien avec de bon produit (le prix est peut être un peu cher, mais il existe des formules inclus). Nous conseillons cet hôtel. Attention, il est loin du centre ville principal.

Je suis dans l’hôtel depuis 2h, je demande si on peut mettre mon repas dans le frigo de l’hôtel pour le récupérer le lendemain.
On ne répond que cela n’est pas possible et qu’ils n’ont pas le droit pour des raisons d'hygiène. Or beaucoup d'hôtels l'acceptent. En revanche, on me propose un mini frigo pour 10€/jour.
Ça on sait le faire….
Je ne sais pas comment mon séjour va se terminer mais si vous séjournez dans cet hôtel apportez votre frigo dans votre valise…
Je pensais passer un super week-end à Strasbourg et merci à l’hôtel de l’avoir mal commencé….
Bref je vous le déconseille !!!

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns sehr gut. Tramstation nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Ziimner war sauber, die Betten bequem und das Bad war modern eingerichtet. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.
