One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in – perfect location right in the city center! We had a small apartment-style room that had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The price was fair for what was offered, and the hotel also provides car parking which was super convenient. I especially appreciated the free coffee and detox water available for guests – such a nice touch! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. 10/10

We had the BEST check in experience here! Sure in our travels we had experienced pleasant check ins, bad checkins, average check ins but the one here in Citadines Kleber was phenomenal! Sonhai who checked us in gave us wealth of information on the surrounding attractions, places to eat and things to do. She was candid, funny, very easy to relate to and very accomodating. We even signed up to be Citadunes perk member wh8ch entitled us to 25% off bookings but we told her that if every Citadines have someone of her Caliber we would not hesitate to stay with Citadines all the time.

Our room were superb with its own bedroom and living room (and a small kitchenette between). It was very clean and comfortable. The lodging itself was right smack in the middle of the city with public transportation nearby. We are only staying one day but we will not hesitate to come back and stay here when we are back in Strasbourg.

So glad that we found tgis place with its reasonable pricing, fantastic accomodation and the amazing guest relation - Sonhai!!! Kudos!

Good value for price|Great place to stay. Everything was wonderful and comfortable and convenient. The staff were always available and ver all of them were extremely helpful.|Loved having the kitchenette. We had the deluxe studio and it was very roomy, the beds were comfortable. The heating worked well once we were taught how to set it up.|We didn’t have breakfast downstairs but appreciated the use of the coffee machine at any time for free.|Location was excellent. Between the train station and all the tourist sites.|Good restaurants in the area and a supermarket.
