The location is the bright spot for this hotel. Could get to most things on foot. We don’t check out until tomorrow but I can already say that it has left much to be desired. The room was ok, tight for a family of 4 but it worked. Handy to have a kitchenette, but many dishes were not clean. The walls are paper thin and we heard constant noise overhead, our room wasn’t ready until 45 minutes AFTER check in time (less than ideal any time, but especially after a day of travel with 2 kids) and the service was basically non existent. The room was never cleaned during our stay and only after inquiring were we told of the “comfort corner” to refresh our towels, toilet paper, etc- seems convenient enough, even kind of liked the concept- however, after our third trip to an empty “comfort corner” we had to stop a maid to ask for supplies. We were begrudgingly allowed 2 towels and 1 roll of TP for 4 people for the 2.5 remaining days of our stay (ironically given to us while she was servicing the room directly outside the empty comfort corner). We also needed to do laundry during our stay. They use an app based washing machine system- again- seemed convenient enough- that enabled us to reserve machines for use… that is until the front desk apparently called someone else down to use our reserved machine and caused a very uncomfortable situation in front of the only dryer for which the desk staff admitted to messing up but then asked US to forfeit our reservation (by way of the desk staff physically using my phone app to cancel my spot showing 8 of 10 more minutes on my reservation) and were up until 10:30 pm to dry our wet laundry for which we had reserved the dryer hours before. What may seem like small inconveniences and frustrations add up to an overall extremely poor level of satisfaction and comfort. And, fwiw, this was the service we got with fairly good French ability in our family. But…. we could walk places!

We asked for extra bedsheets and they said that they will bring it . .. didn't happened. Also the lady that served breakfast was very rude. Never again here!

The rooms has a very bad energy, and the whole hotel was smelly ( i didnt like it , it was a weird scent )
And also they didn’t have any water like we went out side the hotels asked for water from bars and restaurants and the time was 11 11:30 most of them were closed , which we went in the bar
But the good part was the parkinglot for the cars and its very near to city center and cathedral church and everything which makes it cool ,
I would go back anymore ..
