الفندق جداً جميل بس المشكله في مواقف السيارات البركنج القريب من الفندق تقريبا
300 متر بس غالي اليوم تقريبا ب 45 يورو بدون خصم الفندق مع الخصم يوصل ل 28 بس لازم تكملون ال 24 ساعه عشان تاخذون الخصم
فيه مواقف تقريبا 700 متر عن الفندق اليوم ب 15 كويسه مررره

Accueil :|L'accueil est très sympathique et professionnel. |Chambre :|Nous avions réservé avec un petit chien et qu'elle n'a pas été notre surprise très agréable de voir que l'hôtel avait préparé un coin avec deux écuelles et une friandise. C'est à relever parce que la majorité des hôtels ne le font pas. Une attention à retenir.|La salle de bain est grande et la douche aussi. Les grands ne doivent pas se plier, loin de là.|La chambre en elle-même est décorée avec originalité. Encore un hôtel qui a compris que les tapis sont inutiles et plutôt repoussants. Le parquet était beau. La literie était confortable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la TV mais est plutôt grande.|La chambre était très propre et donnait envie dans son appréciation globale.|Partie petit déjeuner:|Le restaurant où l'on peut également manger de la petite restauration et boire des verres nous accueille pour le petit-déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique.|Le buffet était bien garni de produits frais. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait (sucré/salé). Juste un bémol sur le jus d'orange que je n'ai pas trouvé très bon.|Emplacement:|Cet hôtel est particulièrement bien placé. On est tout de suite au quartier de la vielle France, pas loin du tout des places connues et du centre de la vieille ville, pas loin de la cathédrale, pas loin des Halles pour le shopping. L'hôtel dispose d'un garage pour les voitures, mais certaines places sont difficiles d'accès. |La difficulté est plutôt d'arriver en voiture parce que Strasbourg est impossible en voiture et surtout de se garer avant d'aller au garage.|Hôtel idéal, à recommander.

PROS:|Central location within walking distance from the train station and cathedral.|Good diversified breakfast|Spacious colorful room with comfortable bed||CONS:|Much to our surprise, upon our arrival we learned that the air-conditioning is turned off at the hotel this time of year, the reason being that the hotel is committed to environmental responsibility for which it was awarded the "green label" label. So the AC will be turned back on only in summer. The environmental cause is admirable of course but not at the expense of the hotel guests. The choice of whether to use the AC should be at the hands of the guests, not the hotel, especially during this time of year when the whether rapidly changes and it be quite hot at times. When we arrived for example, the temperature was 25 degrees and the room was scorching hot, especially if your room faces the street. |We checked the hotel's website and nowhere does it say that the hotel turns off the AC this time of year. Had we known that this was the case, we never would have booked this hotel. |The guy at the reception didn't seem too upset after hearing our complaints and just told us that if it's hot in our room, we can open the window and offered cold bottles of water and a fan. |In cooler days the fan can be somewhat helpful but in hotter days, it was quite useless as the room was very hot.|The solutions offered by the hotel were far from satisfactory and we definitely didn't receive our money's worth.|Very disappointing |

Personnel d'une rare gentillesse, literie très confortable, petit déjeuner complet et emplacement idéal.

Ein tolles Hotel, welches sehr zentral liegt. Das bekannte Viertel Petite France liegt direkt vor der Tür. Für Abends einfach super. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber! Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption spricht für sich. Toll war auch, dass wir kostenlos unser Gespräch in dem Gepäckraum in einem „Safe“ verschließen konnten. Somit stand einem Stadtbummel nichts im Wege. Wir kommen wieder!
