They supply shampoo and body wash in the shower, no conditioner. The Vanity had soap to wash your hands. There were no small cloths provided, to use for your face or in the shower. Just 4 towels total, 2 large and 2 medium.
This was in their standard classic room.
Would have appreciated more storage, shelves, etc. More hooks would also have been appreciated. Mostly there are places to put down things but not hang up items. Just hangers for clothes and even then there were only 6.
I realize you can call and ask for most of these things, but by default it seems so simple to just supply it anyway.
My complaints are not for staff but for the Architect and Management. The Staff were perfect.
There is no parking garage.
