L’attente pour que la commande soit prise a été incompréhensiblement longue. Le service avait l’air assez désorganisé et les serveur.se.s étaient à la limite du désagréable.

Je suis vraiment déçu de mon expérience de au café Broglie J'ai dû attendre plus de 20 minutes pour que les serveurs viennent prendre ma commande ! C'est inacceptable, surtout quand le restaurant n'était pas plein. J'ai passé plus de temps à attendre que les serveurs daignent venir me voir que de temps à manger.
Heureusement que la nourriture était bonne, mais le service était vraiment trop lent. J'espère que les choses vont s'améliorer, mais pour le moment, je ne recommande pas le café broglie pour son service.

It’s just a tourist trap.
The most terrible service we came across in Strasbourg.
After sitting, it took the waiter quite a long time to get our order, even though he kept reassuring us that he’d come soon. When we finally managed to order, even though I repeated 3 times that I wanted vegetable drink instead of milk due to being lactose intolerant, they brought cow milk. They also brought the items of our or order one at the time:first the omelet, 5 minutes later the bread, then the coffee, a few minutes later the milk to add to the coffee, then the viennouserie.
After asking for the bill, we had to wait 15 minutes for it to arrive. When I complained, the waiter blamed the kitchen. The problem seems to be rather an absolute and general lack of organisation and professionalism than a kitchen prob. They rely on the location and decoration to compensate for the terrible service.

Je ne mets que 2 étoiles car l portion dans assiette ( suprême de poulet ) était ridiculement petite , autant viande que pâtes. Le tout était presque froid . Je laisse toujours un pourboire, la non. Pour 22 euros , ce n est pas rentable. Je ressors du restaurant en quête D un sandwich , j ai l impression de ne pas avoir manger alors que pas gros mangeur.
Attente longue , j étais seul, une famille de 6 et un couple arrive apres moi était servi avant.
Bref dommage et bonne continuation.
