Du check-in au check-out, aucune fausse note. Le personnel est au petit soin. Un petit-déjeuner gourmand. Un séjour parfait au Voco Strasbourg.

Comfortable stay in a nice king suite room, we made use of the balcony despite it being a very warm time of the year. There was a good choice at breakfast. Car parking was pre booked and worked well. A short walk into Strasbourg made it a good location. Staff all pleasant and helpful.

Nous avons passer une agréable soirée au Spas ( nombreux équipements) et terminé au restaurant The Garden avec une belle et très bonne planchette charcuterie et fromage.. Ambiance conviviale dans le beau jardin calme en extérieur, personnel accueillant et professionnel.

Un excellent séjour au VOCO Strasbourg ! La chambre était très confortable, le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, avec des produits frais et locaux, et un large choix pour tous les goûts. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. Une belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons été au Voco à l'occasion d'un Blind Test organisé par l'établissement. Nous avons passé un super moment :) Le personnel est au petit soin et très sympatique. J'ai également pu participer à d'autres évènements, notamment une soirée moules frites avec des moules en 3 façons (une tuerie) et une mention spéciale pour les frites maisons !!!|Vivement la prochaine soirée !!!

L'hotel est bien situé dans Strasbourg, j'avais un doute sur le bruit dû au chemin de fer qui est juste à côté, mais non rien. Les chambres sont bien et propre.
Petite note négative... Les peignoirs étaient déchiré aux poches. Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas j'ai dû sortir du spa pour demander de le mettre en marche. Ce qui a été fait.
Vous pouvez manger en chambre via Uber et il y a des boulangeries et des restaurants à proximité.

Room was clean but small, bed comfortable, bathroom you get everything you need so it’s ok. Parking per day is 20€, delicious breakfast, waffles with the local confiture or honey are highly recommended! Good natural orange juice. The only thing is that the pool is not included in the stay price, 9€ per entry. In my opinion it should be included in price and reservation made free of charge just to control the number of people inside.

Clean comfortable room, breakfast was delicious, nice variety to choose from. 10 minute walk to train station. |Good location 20 minute walk to cathedral and town center area. Plenty to see and do in walking distance from hotel location. Highly recommended staying there.

Grâce à nos chèques vacances nous avons pu profiter de ce superbe hôtel original . Nous avons était bien accueilli … Nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse, propre, rien à dire, très jolie … nous avons profité de la piscine que nous avons réservé sur le site, choisi notre horaire et c’est pas parti pour 1 h de détente. Ce qui est top c’est que c’est limité en place , ça j’apprécie, au moins on est plus tranquille, et on a eu de la chance parce que nous étions seul un p’tit moment . Le petit déjeuner super, ya du choix, le fait maison j’adore … Après c’est juste un petit détail mais la Clim ne fonctionnait pas bien … |Nous y reviendrons.

The rooms were nice, with a spacious bathroom and good lighting. There was a coffee machine, a kettle, and a safe, but unfortunately, the minibar was empty except for water. The general interior design of the hotel was pleasant and in good condition. The room itself, as well as the rest of the hotel, was clean, with the exception of the bar tables.||However, lunch and dinner were disappointing — the food was not tasty, and some of the meat dishes were overly fatty or poorly prepared. What was worse was the service in the restaurant and bar. Food was served with thumbs in the bowl, there was no “please” or “thank you,” and the staff were generally unfriendly.||The bar service was even worse. The bartender didn’t leave the counter, took the order without saying a word or even making eye contact. It was unacceptable. Tables in the bar area were also dirty.||Reception staff were friendly, but overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor restaurant and bar service.

This was a poor experience and cost VOCO some repeated business, I am afraid. The rooms are OK, clean, as expected. However - three nights in a row I, and then - 'we', with my colleagues, have been refused to have a dinner in the restaurant due to a group booking! We were offered to come at 9. Not good, especially if you are on business and have to get up really early. That group is no more than 18-20 people, and the restaurant capacity is much larger. I spoke to the restaurant questioning their approach and was told it was not to do with the number of people dining at once, it is because the restaurant had to buy all ingredients just for this group!! WHY only for this group? Why we, equally paying guests, cannot have dinner or even a snack (which I requested and was also refused) and what would happen if they had an ordinary night with a restaurant full of people, then what? This is so poor and unjustified. I am a frequent visitor so are my colleagues, travelling a lot, we have an office in Strasbourg and this was a convenient location. VOCO might have accommodated this group of tourists on this occasion, but clearly lost us, repeated guests. Just a few days ago I was telling others to stay here as its close to the station. An unexpected U-turn for us, surely. Bad move, VOCO!

This is a nice modern hotel, with big clean rooms.|Excellent breakfast.|Just 8min with Uber to the city center.|With a Fitness room and a big selection of drinks in the bar.|The team is very nice and helpful. |5 min from the train station. good place to stay in Strasburg

Não fui muito feliz em minha estadia:
No meu quarto a geladeira não estava funcionando ( quando arrumaram ficou muito fraca) ; cama muito baixa ( e em baixo pó acumulado a muito tempo); Sem mesas para café da manhã ( todas tomadas ); Não pudemos jantar no Hotel, porque todo o Restaurante estava reservado para um grupo ...... Uma pena.

L’hôtel offre une décoration soignée, moderne et chaleureuse, un vrai plaisir pour les yeux dès l’entrée. L’accueil à l’arrivée a été bon, personnel sympathique et professionnel.

La chambre était agréable, propre et bien agencée. Petit bémol : le transat sur le balcon était en mauvais état, pas du tout engageant, dommage pour un espace extérieur qui pourrait être vraiment agréable.

Concernant la piscine, déception : elle est payante, à 9€ par personne et par heure. Et une fois sur place, l’espace piscine est plutôt petit et sans réel cachet, donc l’expérience n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur du tarif.

Autre point regrettable : l’accueil au petit-déjeuner. Un serveur peu aimable, allant jusqu’à penser que nous ne faisions pas partie des clients de l’hôtel… Une attitude un peu déplacée qui laisse une mauvaise impression.

Cela dit, le lieu reste très beau. Avec quelques ajustements sur l’accueil et la gestion des services annexes, cet hôtel pourrait vraiment offrir une expérience haut de gamme à la hauteur de ses promesses.

This place nearly won a 5—the rooms are large, the beds are comfy, and the staff is exceptional. The staff is ready to help, whether it’s giving directions, or fixing you a dessert. Yes, the breakfast here is great, costs extra, but is well worth it. Dinner and desserts are available, and I loved their apple pie. The drawback lies with the 30 percent of the public (and 40% of children) who have any allergies or environmental issues. In short, the rooms reek of perfume: it’s not lightly scented, but horribly scented whenever the air conditioning kicks in. I frankly felt like I had the worst cold of my life when I was in the room (and my non-allergic husband didn’t like it, either). I had to go outside to breathe. It was 87 degrees and I shut off the air conditioning, which is what the front desk suggested. The problem was that, every time I left the room, the system overrode my “off” setting on the AC and kicked in. They didn’t even have an air purifier. I understand that HVAC salesmen like to upsell properties, but this scenting was worse than in many US major convention centers and upscale resorts. I felt bad for the workers, as this stinky choice wasn’t theirs. Therefore, with only a 15-min walk to the historic center, and a great staff, this would otherwise rate 5 stars. As it is, I could never return, even though it is otherwise so commendable. When will hotels learn that 30% of us, plus those with asthma, COPD and lung issues, really matter?

Location is the main reason we chose this hotel — just a 10-minute walk from the train station.
 |They advertise a complimentary bottle of water on their website, but we arrived to find a half-drunk glass bottle in the room. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, I was told that no one drank directly from it and that we could just refill it ourselves. This suggests they don’t properly clean or replace the glass bottles between guests, which is concerning. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I find it hard to believe this is truly a four-star hotel. |Also, I overheard the couple next to us being given an upgrade or some kind of complimentary service because they were first-time customers — which we are as well. Strange and a bit frustrating to hear, given we received no such gesture.|We still have two nights left here, so I may update this review later — but for now, I give their service 2 stars. You can find a hotel with better service elsewhere.
