I understand from a business perspective you want to fit in a lot of people so to make more money. However it should not be at the detriment of your customer’s experience. We actually sat down. However the seats were so squeezed that we could not even get near the table. So we decided to leave.
Bottom line, you decided to ignore your client’s comfort and also did not care about quality of service. The impact: you lost 8 clients and maybe if you did care about your clients, I would be writing a different review today.
Your food actually looked very good, but unfortunately your behaviour was not acceptable to us.
