Such a great culinary discovery, and we are very happy very chosen based on Google maps reviews. Reviewers keep it up!
We started with just a little bit of disappointment because the menu of the day showed pork jowl but due to a late delivery, not of the restaurant’s fault, the jowls were not cooked to perfection yet and the chef wisely elected to replace the dish with a supreme of chicken, one of the most delicious chicken dishes I’ve ever had.
The meal started with an incredibly savory bowl of ripe tomatoes, done four ways with gaspacho, a gigantic slice of perfectly ripe tomato, ketchup made in the house and 1000% better than the usual store, ketchup, and the fourth one a carpaccio of tomatoes.
The main dish was very well arranged on the plate, giving it a beautiful, attractive, overview, and it was phenomenal! I have never tasted lentils made this way, a bit spicy and sweet with a hint of coconut. The mushroom purée was blended to perfection and made of roasted girolles and shiitake mushrooms.
Chicken was oven-baked, crunchy on top and perfectly moist inside.
The sauce itself should have its own review. It was so amazingly good. The tastes still haunts me and Will for days I’m sure.
Afterwards, I stopped for a couple minutes to chat with the chef who has a little bit more available being at the end of the meal time. I asked about the sauce and he said it was a combination ingredients that I don’t remember, but the finishing touch was the Creole boudin. Just so complex of a sauce and amazingly well structured.
I will absolutely recommend this little gem of a restaurant to all of my friends and come back as often as I can when I’m in the area.
Special accolades to the waiter, who was very patient with us throughout, explain everything carefully and thoroughly, and recommended an excellent Alsatian Riesling.

Une cuisine fusion basée sur les saveurs et un vrai travail des produits. Des propositions étonnantes et qui font mouche. Le travail des goûts est remarquable.
Le chef soigne une clientèle qui ne s’y trompe pas. Une fois que vous y avez goûté, difficile de ne pas y revenir.
Le service est au diapason, efficace et de bon conseil surtout en accord mets - vins. Une adresse qu’on aimerait garder secrète mais dont on ne peut s’empêcher de parler et d’y retourner encore et encore.

Je recommande ce bon restaurant où il fait bon vivre, les plats y sont exceptionnels et le décor est fabuleux. Le chef ainsi que son équipe sont très accueillant et accessible. Unglaublich leckeres Essvergnügen zu einem sehr fairen Preis- Genussverhältnis. Sehr freundlich, Innovativ und doch sehr ehrliches Essen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden gewiss wieder kommen.
