The prices are like a Michelin star restaurant
The pasta was like chewing gum, my wife got cozze spaghetti in stead of Linguini. The cozze and my Vongole were great, but the sauce was not really gone in the pasta .
I do not understand why a “passionate Italian Chef” does not take the critics serious and just say we are ruining his business because of the critics. You try to cook to the best of your ability.
It is never too late to change your attitude…
May be the “garçon” can ask how the lunch was , everything ok all according your wishes?
If the garçon would have done so we probably would not react like this in the review.

Il personale è cordiale, attento e sempre disponibile a consigliare il piatto più adatto. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente.
Un’esperienza da ripetere sicuramente quando torno a Strasburgo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!
Mais si vous voulez manger dans un vrai restaurant italien, où tout est fait maison et devant vous, et où vous avez un choix immense de plats de pâtes, alors allez y les yeux fermés !
Et pour couronner le tout : accueil très sympathique !
