En revanche, l’ambiance manquait cruellement de chaleur : pas de musique, une atmosphère un peu froide, et un service peu agréable. Le personnel semblait peu souriant et peu accueillant, à l’exception d’un jeune homme aux cheveux bouclés, très poli et attentionné, qui a relevé un peu le niveau du service.
Le temps d’attente était également très long, ce qui a un peu gâché l’expérience. Dommage, car avec un meilleur accueil et une ambiance plus chaleureuse, ce restaurant pourrait vraiment devenir une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine indienne.
En revanche, le service a été décevant. Nous étions trois personnes, mais seulement deux plats ont été commandés. Malgré cela, l’attente a dépassé les 40 minutes. Une entrée a été oubliée, et lorsqu’on l’a signalé, on nous a annoncé 10 minutes supplémentaires d’attente, donc nous avons préféré l’annuler. Aucun geste commercial ni excuse de la part du personnel.
Le service manquait clairement de chaleur. Le personnel était peu souriant, à l’exception d’une personne grande avec les cheveux bouclés, qui a été agréable.
Dommage, car avec un meilleur accueil, l’expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure.
Et je pense qu’il manque de la musique aussi en fond

I am changing my 5 star review to a one star review after a very bad experience in this place with the service staff.
Plats goûteux et épicés. Service de qualité avec peu d’attentes. Bon rapport qualité prix au vu des produits proposés .

Highly rude and disrespectful staff.
We 3 adults visited the restaurant and ordered 2 vegetarian dishes with breads, however, the staff told us that they could not take the order as we would occupy the table for another hour and ordering only 2 dishes for 3 people and they could take the order only if we ordered 3 dishes.
Such a shameless and disgusting way to squeeze money out of people—completely greedy.
This system works in buffet system where we have to pay per person price and can have unlimited food.
When we are paying for what we get, what issue does the restaurant have. We are free to order how much we want and we would order as much as we can eat rather than wasting the food at the end.
This was despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty and I wish it always remains empty because of such behaviour with customers.
Regarding owner's reply, stay clear of lying blame and be clear that after your waiter first refused to take order for one dish, so we told him that we would order 1 more vegetarian dish and we cannot order more than 2 as we can eat that much only. However, waiter refused to take order for 2 dishes as well.
I would like to further point out that child is 10 months old and eats only baby food. I wonder your restaurant serves baby food. Good luck feeding your baby adult food and thar too in a third class restaurant like yours.
