AIDA - BISTRO MEXICAIN

Very bad experience due to the "house rules". Not clear why they couldn't just add an extra plate for a table of 6, though we didn't ask for extra space in the dining area (people squeezed on the couch). The explanations about the food to be ordered were not clear - are customers obliged to take more food than they would eat just because these are the house rules? Anyway, the rudeness of the lady in charge of the serving made us close our evening short there.

First, thank you for taking your time to respond so aggressively to my comment.
So, let's get the fast straight from our point of view:
- in your message you did not explain or present excuses for the rudeness of the person in charge
- as you said, there were 3 persons already there at 7 and the rest arrived at 8 or around and we ordered straight on.
for the 7th person you did not have to bring any extra chair and that person did not occupy any extra space in the restaurant, so the service space in the restaurant remained intact
- even with the rest of the persons being late, we still ordered food in advance for some of them
- seeing that the bill for 7 persons was 198e you might want to rectify the fact that we payed 15e/pers (it's just math and facts) - and we would have ordered more, but the comments of your staff refrained us from doing so
- we never pretended to be better than everyone else, but reading the aggressive replies you are posting on each and every comment that refers to the same thing - service and customer care - it says a lot about you
- as for the respect to your staff - I don't think any of us was disrespectful, we are not that kind of persons.
No worries, I know (and we all from the group know) how to handle the relationship with my (our) friends, you don't have to tell me how or when we should apologise to them.

Ce fut une très belle découverte. Nous avons passé une belle soirée .. le repas était vraiment excellent ! Le concept de partager les plats c’est simplement géniale !! Merci ! À faire les yeux fermés !!

Petit restaurant très cozy. Plats atypiques et très bon mais petites portions compte tenu du prix...

Cuisine créative, originale et pleine de saveurs ! Une très bonne adresse à découvrir à Strasbourg !

J’ai entendu parler de ce restaurant au travail, hier nous avons fait la découverte en famille. Je rejoins les avis très positifs sur ce restaurant !
Nous avons gouté plusieurs petits plats, chaque plat est un régal et découverte en soit. Les deux desserts également.
Service rapide, bon conseil de la serveuse très sympathique, ambiance agréable et la carte qui est renouvelée toutes les semaines! Je ne peux que conseiller ce petit bistrot Mexicain !
