Today we had early dinner here, left at 8pm. Before 9pm, my friend had severe diarrhea. I am not sure if the tap water had problem, or the chicken dish he had. I really hope it’s not the food here but the effect was rather immediate…
Otherwise the food tasted nice and comfy. The bobotie was sweet(for me a bit too imbalanced on the sweet side, if it’s more sour from chutney would be more interesting) the chicken mafe was heavy on peanut note(I guess it’s typical for west Africa) and tasty as we like peanuts a lot.
