En plein cœur du centre historique de Strasbourg, Chez Yvonne est une institution. Les visiteurs y retrouvent tout ce qui fait la cuisine traditionnelle alsacienne. Dans ce restaurant climatisé, installé dans une maison ancienne, qu’on appelle une winstub, tout est fait maison. Les spécialités telles que le foie gras, le jarret braisé ou la choucroute voisinent avec le kouglopf glacé. L’ancien président français Jacques Chirac, fan de tête de veau sauce ravigote y avait ses habitudes.

Pas de doute, un très bon restaurant alsaciens. La choucroute garnie était délicieuse avec des très bon charcuterie. Le menu enfant bien dosé. Le filet de sandre sur la choucroute était avec une cuisson parfaite. Le vin était excellent.
Je vous recommande.
Pendant la période de vacance il faut faire une réservation 2 jours avant pour être sûr d’avoir de la place à l’heure que vous souhaitez. C’est normal pour un très bon restaurant.

A group of 5, we had booked for 13:30. We’ve waited for 1 hour before we got served. The food was good and the restaurant looks good inside. There are no viable option for vegetarians.
