You can't go wrong with the Spätzle, the duck leg was also super! But the service is not what it's hyped up to be; Attention was lacking even towards the end of the evening when the crowd was thinning out. Overall, good value for money considering the location and touristy nature of the restaurant.

Highly recommend having a meal here while in Strasbourg especially if the weather is nice. Food is great, they specialise in Spatzle which several sauces. The waiter was extremely friendly despite there being a crowd. Overall lovely experience and will be back.

The staff are super-efficient as well as incredibly polite, helpful and friendly.
I haven't even mentioned the food yet!
The selection is wonderful.
We adored the 6-choices-of-ingredient board (Planchettes) and the succulent roasted duck leg (LIN) and the 12-hour confit pork shoulder (Dentelle). The latter two we got with traditional spätzle - so tasty!
We opted for the local draft beer - the Pils - and it was the perfect complement to the food and the atmosphere.
We came back a couple nights later and the place was still packed (mid-June) through to closing time.
Highly Recommended.
