We ordered the cordon bleu, choucroute and the flammekueche forestiere grantinee. Highly recommend. The food was amazing and the cream sauce in the flammekeuche was very addicting!

A fine aprile abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante, che propone la cucina tipica Alsaziana. Abbiamo voluto provare e condividere vari piatti proposti, veramente ottimi e che non siamo riuscite a finire perché abbondanti. La ragazza che ci ha servito e’ stata davvero gentile e disponibile.
Tutti i piatti della foto molto gustosi, quello che mi ha conquistato meno, anche per quelli che sono i miei gusti, è la choucroute.

What a harden gem - to the un-initiated..! We searched for bresatauranst in Strasbourg and came across this. Booked it 4 night early and really glad we did as it was full, busy and flat out and having to turn group after group away during the whole 90mins we were there. Delicious foods, wonderful service staff/owners and just could not do enough for us. Locals, Australians (2 groups) Italians, Germans and Singaporeans…..all raved about it. Well Done.

Big portions of Alsatian specialties. Enjoyed our visit and wine was delicious. Food a little too salty for my taste though.

I use a wheelchair. The restaurant was most accommodating. The two servers were excellent and very friendly. We had dinner first on Friday the 13th and we liked the food atmosphere and service so much that we decided to come back on the 15th. We have the following our two visits Spencer would cream lardon, goat cheese salad, bouche a la Reine, cordon Bleu, tiramasu, chocolate mousse and dessert sampler. Everything was outstanding.

After 10 years working as a chef for international luxury hotels, I had given up on finding good food and service in tourist destinations- Until tonight! Don't walk run to Les Chefs d’Oeuvre d'Alsace. They'll make you feel just right at home. Everything was perfect. The Veal was cooked amazingly well(even had the plate searing hot to cook the second side-OLD SCHOOL) The flambe was perfect, the salads freshly made, fresh beets!, and the spaetzle was a perfect ten. I only wish I had room for dessert. Restaurants like this would make Gordon Ramsey blush and go broke.
