I recently ordered a scarf from Japan, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The product I received was significantly different from what was advertised on their website and social media channels. Firstly, the size was not as described; it was supposed to be 1.6m but measured only 1.38m. Moreover, the design was nothing like the tightly woven fabric shown in the photos; instead, it was almost see-through and didn't serve its purpose as a scarf at all.
I reached out to the company regarding these discrepancies, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. It's disappointing to encounter such inconsistency in both product quality and customer service.
