We loved this hotel especially the room.|Camile checked us in, she was excellent and very helpful|Also a shout out to Charlene who looked after us at breakfast.||We wish more hotels were like this.||Great free parking lovely breakfast and best of all a great nights sleep||Thank you

The receptionist was fantastic. She was cheerful and chatty.
In fact she was so brilliant she escorted visitors to their rooms, she waited tables, staffed the bar, and sadly handled complaints.
The food was a different story. A fixed menu at 30 euros for 2 courses set high expectations. The calamari starter was tasteless and had the texture of tinned calamari but it had lovely vegetables. When the main course ‘Crevettes on a bed of seasonal vegetables’ arrived it had the same lovely vegetables with THREE prawns!
I eat out regularly across France and can confidently show the owners a massive list of restaurants who provide excellent food for that price. Including many in Paris!
When I complained to the receptionist she asked me to eat the meal and said she would bring an another dish from the menu. I wanted to keep it simple and chose to wait for the alternative. It took so long we left. I think I was being punished for daring to challenge 3 prawns for 30€.
I’m still in shock one day after. Perhaps the absence of any other restaurant after 7pm, in the vicinity emboldens their absolute Gall.

Hotel ideale per chi vuole visitare le spiagge dello sbarco senza stare nel centro di Caen. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Struttura tradizionale per chi vuole provare un hotel alternativo è molto in tema con la regione. Ottimo ristorante!

Excellent séjour même avec la météo normande. Nous avons été bien accueilli et guidé tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre jaune nous a plus. Mon fils à bien dormi mais réveil matinal. Nous sommes habitués au noir complet pour dormir et là les rideaux laissent passer un peu de jour. |Petit déjeuner avec du choix. ||Nous avons diné au restaurant une fois et nous nous sommes régalés. Les plats sont très bien cuisinés et savoureux.
Schon bei der Einfahrt in den Innenhof beste Gefühle: Sitzecken, Gartenanlage, Terrasse, alles stilvoll.
Dann der Service beim Check-In und während des Aufenthalts: Sehr angenehm, sehr umsichtig, sehr persönlich. Überhaupt ein Highlight. Kompliment an das Personal vor Ort!
Das Zimmer: Wir erhielten das gelbe Familienzimmer unter dem Dach. Platz und Komfort in vollem Umfang.
Das Frühstück: sehr gut.
Parkplatz für die Räder in eigener Garage.
Fazit: Wir haben spontan einen Tag verlängert.
