Zimmer groß und Bad auch, zumindest für französische Verhältnisse.... Essen ungeheuer schlecht, Caesars Salad meinde Partners bestand aus weniger als einer handvoll "grünem" Salat, wenigen eiskalten Hähnchenbrocken, und noch weniger Parmesankäsespänen, lieblos- 5 Gabeln Essen. Nach einer Beschwerde ist nichts geschehen außer ein räusperndes Pardon. Mein warmes Hauptgericht völlig verkocht.... das parkähnliche Ambiente sehr schön, könnte allerdings alles deutlich liebevoller gestaltet werden..... Schade um die schöne Lage und das tolle Gebäude, könnte man deutlich mehr herausholen.

Excellent séjour. Réservation du 31 mai / 1 juin pour une famille de 5 personnes.|Cadre magnifique. |Hôtel très bien placé.|Chambre en Duplex très spacieuse et bien équipée.|Parking facile avec des bornes de recharges pour véhicule électrique.|Dîner bon. |Déjeuner buffet bien.|Petit point à améliorer : Manque de personnel pour le dîner, 1 seule serveuse pour tout le restaurant qui gère en même temps la réception... Efficace, aucun soucis, mais ne peut pas tout faire ni être partout.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was nice, the grounds were beautiful, and the food was good. You are about a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown, so it’s convenient, but also secluded. Definitely recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Bellefontaine. I nearly cancelled our reservation due to several lukewarm reviews, and I am glad that I did not. The grounds are lovely, and the staff pleasant and professional. The breakfast was very good. The rooms we stayed in did not have air conditioning (there is a newer wing that may have AC), but in May, we were quite comfortable with an open window and the tower fan provided. While the hotel requires either a vigorous 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and the Tapestry, Uber and taxis are readily available.
