Nice hotel. Excellent location to center of town. Walking distance to the Bayeux Tapestry museum, Le Notre Dame de Bayeux and lots of restaurants. In hotel breakfast was acceptable but a bit pricy at 19 euros. |Staff in the hotel are very nice and kind. The room had space for 3, in the annex of the hotel. Stairs were the only way up. The toilet and bathroom were newly renovated and very pretty. The room itself, while light colored, was so so. There was not a single drawer to put clothes into. Only 1 closet to hang things. We had fluffy bathrobes.|The cleaning staff did not do a good job. Carpet needed cleaning ( stains and dirty)|Maybe they will do better next time.

We had a very pleasant one night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and the bartender were super kind and helpful. We had some kind of booking mixup in their system. To make up for this minor inconvenience, they upgraded up room and offered complimentary wine at the bar. The room was great, quiet, clean and spacious. Location is also excellent. It’s within minutes of walking to all the bustling area of downtown Bayeux. Wish we had more time here! 100% recommend!

I booked the hotel for my July trip and the booking was refundable (refundable 2 days before check in date). However when I made the deposit for the booking, it was charged to my bank card right away. It has never been seen for booking refundable hotel with charges right away. The bank card is usually used for holding the authorized transaction not real charges. It was very disappointed. I cancelled the booking and the charges was refunded to my card with currency difference already (I was charged the currency difference due to the cancellation). Please be careful when you try to book this hotel while you might have the same sad experience.

Central location and lovely accommodating staff. Carpet was old and no elevator for annex building, but really only a challenge with luggage and the staff helped with that. There's a heated outdoor pool too.
