Great hotel very close to the center. You can walk to everything!

Bathroom sink drain not working. Half shower door not ideal. Bed linens and towels could use an upgrade. Service very nice!

We loved our stay and will recommend it to friends. Our party of 4 had a spacious suite on the top floor. The rooms were clean and laid out well. We liked having separate toilet and bath rooms. It was only missing the advertised blow dryer, but I didn’t bother the reception desk to bring me one. I am sure they would have.

Lovely staff; great location; relaxing bar area by the pool. Very comfortable bed. Many good things and on the whole we enjoyed staying here.
Easily-fixed details would benefit this hotel:
Breakfast had a good range of food but most mornings, despite getting there 45 mins before closing, things had run out. One morning no eggs, one morning no fresh fruit or seeded bread, and on most mornings both coffee machines had broken down or needed refilling. It's self-service and no-one is around to address any problems and check all is OK. Every time I had to knock on the service door but when I did the staff were lovely, for example bringing us coffee from the kitchen.
The downstairs toilets by the dining room were not checked as the men's had no soap for a couple of days and the ladies had no towels to dry hands.
In the rooms the towels are worn and thin. One was dangling threads and stained.

The area of mild concern for me was the room. We were there on a warm night. The Dyson fan couldn't change speed or direction.
Consequently with out air conditioning, the room was stuffy and hot at night. Maybe, install ceiling fan for better air movement? Small room with single bed was somewhat uncomfortable
Room accommodations were fine. Towels etc were plenty adequate.
