老房子，有大而舒适的房间，可俯瞰广场和花园。

Situato in una zona tranquilla, ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Bayeux. Ad accogliervi in modo cortese ed impeccabile troverete Pascal, ed il suo gatto. Ci ha consigliato ristoranti dove cenare ed anche cosa poter vedere, oltre al celebre arazzo. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione, con prodotti freschi, preparati direttamente dal proprietario. Sicuramente un posto da consigliare!

This is a nice place, but has some important limitations which I'm surprised to see not being mentioned more often in the reviews. First, even though it is a Chambre d'hote, there are no shared spaces within the house that are accessible to the guests other than the dining area during breakfast. The host keeps the living area, dining area, and kitchen locked during most of the day. So, your only access is to the room and the backyard. It is especially inconvenient if you want to grab just a cup of hot tea during the day or in the evening. Generally, I have never experienced this type of a restriction in a B&B. Second, check-in is at 6pm and checkout is at 10am! This means that if you were booking the place for one night, you really just be there to sleep. The wifi did not work very well in our room, which was also a constraint. So, overall, overpriced in my view for what you get. While I liked our room and the convenience to old town Bayeux, I would probably choose a hotel or AirBnB next time.

We stayed here at the beginning of August for 3 nights. We had the Rose Bonbon room, which was very large and plenty of room for 3 adults. The entire house and grounds are wonderful. We spent one evening in the backyard drinking wine and eating cheese and chocolate we had bought in Bayeux. Pascal was wonderful. He gave us great info on restaurants and things to do. His breakfast each day was great, one of the best breakfasts we had in our 2 weeks in France. Would definitely stay here if and when we return.

Incredible place. So well thought out, beautiful decoration in an old house. Great breakfast from friendly hosts. Loved it!
