This is a gem of a place, with lovely rooms and beautiful gardens and pool. It is in the heart of this charming old town that was spared by the bombs of WWII, so is great for walking everywhere. Service was exceptional. It is basically perfect.

The staff, grounds and facilities are fantastic. The property is an oasis just across from the Cathedral. Walk to restaurants and museums. The drive to the landing beaches is around 30 minutes. A lovely retreat in all aspects. Your day starts with a delicious breakfast and ends in a comfortable, quiet room. Don’t hesitate to book here. We will be back!

Hotel Tardif Noble Guest House is a lovely property set in extensive gardens very close to the centre of Bayeux. Our room overlooked the courtyard, was a good size, and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Bayeux.

The two bedroom guesthouse was beautifully decorated with antiques and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the grounds were gorgeous.

The personnel were attentive with the ability to help with reservations and getting laundry done. Park your car on premises and walk to most places of interest as well as shopping and eating. Location the best,towels wonderful, ambience truly excellent; would highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the gardens were well kept. It was located in in area where every thing we need Ed was easy to locate and our host gave us many dinner restaurant choices.

Excellent séjour, personnel très à l’écoute. Chambre très confortable et petit-déjeuner classique mais fourni et de qualité. La localisation est parfaite et les jardins magnifiques. La possibilité de parking dans le domaine est très pratique. Je recommande vivement !!!

Felt like I was transported back to 18th century while enjoying modern amenities |Morning breakfast was delightful and owners were polite and friendly, taking care of every need. Gardens and grounds were meticulously cared for|Our room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom very modern!|Quiet area, nice sitting outside with our bottle of wine. A definite pleasure staying here

Hotel Tardiff is a hidden sanctuary right in town near the cathedral. It’s an easy walk to local restaurants and town center. The gardens are beautiful with a secret pool. The rooms are spacious. We stayed in one of the apartments. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.|We stayed in Bayuex and did day trips to Camembert, Honfleur, Deauville and the Normandy beaches. |We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tardiff and in Bayeux.

So charming. The staff was warm and welcoming. The setting was perfect. I only regret we got there late in the day so we weren't able to enjoy it as long as we would have liked. Breakfast was delicious too. In advance of our visit the staff reached out and helped us select a wonderful restaurant and an excellent tour.

An elegant and historic hotel with the feeling of a private home, Hotel Tardif made our trip to Bayeux even more special. Our room was superb, with a chandelier, period furniture and a well appointed bath. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was cheerful and kind. Steps from both the tapestry and the cathedral, this was the highlight of our trip to France.

We arrived mid-morning so to meet our guide for the day. Hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They offered to park our van and store our luggage which had been delivered to our room when we arrived back later in the day. Our apartment rooms were incredible. I would highly recommend this Hotel when in the Normandy area!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, a teen & a tween) stayed in the Family Apartment. The hotel is unassuming from the street; you enter into a beautiful historic courtyard. Reception / staff are friendly and accommodating (as was the friendly cat-- a hit with the kids). Breakfast was lovely as was the hostess (and oh-- the cappuccino!) . Our room was clean and well appointed with a very functional kitchen. It's within walking distance to the cathedral, Bayeux Tapestry and really lovely streets with shops / restaurants. We all agreed that Hotel Tardif exceeded our expectations and we would be thrilled to stay again. Thank you so much to the staff; you truly are phenomenal.

Nous avons séjourné avec ma conjointe dans ce bel établissement. Tout y est parfait. Notre chambre était spacieuse, au calme côté jardin. La piscine est simplement sublime cachée dans un autre jardin avec vue cathédrale. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Anthony et Guillaume, les propriétaires avec lesquels nous avons pu échanger sont très attentionnés et passionnés de patrimoine. Nous reviendrons.

Hotel Tardif, with an unassuming entrance one block from the Tapestry Museum, opens to a pleasant chateau courtyard leading to an antique-filled space that seems completely removed from the city of Bayeux. Our elegant room with tall ceilings and windows overlooking the rear gardens offered a quiet retreat from the city.
The pleasant staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs.

I booked a suite. Much to my surprise the suite was 3 stories high and about 2000 square feet. It was beautiful. Yasmina was lovely and so helpful. I do hope that I find my way back to Bayeux.

This establishment seems to think that more than 15 days in advance you will be able to predict you will have Covid and be unable to stay so that you can abide by their cancelation policy. Do not book here unless you have great travel insurance.

Mon mari et moi avons adoré la Normandie et nous aurions probablement ressenti la même chose quel que soit l'endroit où nous avons séjourné à Bayeux (notre base pour nos quatre jours dans la région), mais après avoir passé notre première nuit dans un hébergement extrêmement médiocre, un changement précipité de logement s'imposait. ||Malheureusement, il y avait un problème - après quelques tentatives pour trouver une chambre, on nous a dit que toute la ville était complète. ||Il est clair que nous avions besoin de l'aide du dieu du voyage qui, heureusement pour nous, a entendu nos prières et, comme par magie, nous nous sommes retrouvés à l'hôtel Tardif Nobel Guest House, accueillis chaleureusement par son hôte, Anthony, qui sait tout faire. ||Bien que la "maison d'hôtes" (en fait une superbe villa) ait été entièrement réservée, lorsque nous avons dit à Anthony que pour rester, nous étions prêts à changer de chambre tous les soirs, il s'est rapidement débrouillé pour que cela se fasse. Lui et son personnel tout aussi charmant ont anticipé nos moindres besoins, ont gracieusement effectué les changements de chambre pendant que nous étions sortis pour la journée, nous ont servi de délicieux petits déjeuners et nous ont fait sentir que tout était "fait pour être fait" ...., ce dont nous sommes presque sûrs. |||Abby et Ed K.

Cette maison d'hôtes est TRES spéciale ! Très charmante et chaleureuse. Les propriétaires sont sur place et s'engagent auprès de leurs hôtes. Mes amis et moi avons visité la maison début novembre pendant une très mauvaise tempête de pluie et de vent. Nos excursions de la journée ont été annulées, mais les propriétaires nous ont aidés à trouver d'autres activités. Les bagages de l'une de mes amies n'étant pas arrivés avec elle depuis les États-Unis, les propriétaires lui ont prêté certains de leurs vêtements. Merveilleux service !

Un endroit merveilleux pour séjourner. Très luxueux. Très propre. Le personnel a été absolument formidable en nous aidant à faire nos réservations et à régler d'autres aspects de notre séjour. Ils ont été merveilleux et accommodants, ce qui nous a permis de passer un superbe séjour dans la région de Bayeux.

Tout dans l'hôtel Tardif a dépassé nos attentes. Notre chambre, et les autres que nous avons visitées, étaient impeccables et magnifiquement aménagées. Tout le personnel était extrêmement attentif et serviable. Monsieur Voidie est manifestement fier de son magnifique domaine, car il semble avoir soigné chaque détail, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. L'emplacement ne pourrait être meilleur. Si vous souhaitez visiter la Normandie, en particulier les plages du jour J et la tapisserie de Bayeux, l'hôtel Tardif vous permet d'accéder facilement à tout cela. Tout ce que la charmante ville de Bayeux offre n'est qu'à quelques pas, et très peu de pas en plus. Nous sommes impatients de revenir.
