Wonderful atmosphere! Escargot with pesto and butter was excellent! The cod was cooked perfectly and subtly flavoured so the coloured carrots could shine! Creme brulee had a twist of ginger or cinnamon on top to give it a little twist on a classic. The waiter was excellent but he had to move fast because the place was hopping! I hope he gets in a bit of rest after tonight!

First time in Bayeau and so far these are the best escargot we've had here. Will be back for more!
