I suggest you experience it once in a life time
highly recommendable for a family stay
Stunning location, delicious food , an amazingly friendly team, super kids friendly and housekeeping is the best!! Super clean rooms/tents, a big thank you and special mention to Mr. priyqnshu ! We had an unforgettable stay… which we will treasure for ever!
Il est plus rassurant d'être accompagné à l'aller pour arriver jusqu'au camp à cause du défaut d'indication mais le retour seul se fait sans problème.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful - from sending us directions before arrival to checking in with us during our stay.
The food served was delicious and again the staff were all helpful and lovely.
The room was lovely, and they were a nice distance from each other.
The campfire under the stars was lovely, as were the marshmallows- unfortunately the hot chocolate was missing!
Stargazing was on offer and the session was amazing - special thanks to Mohsin, our guide for the session!
There are animals like gazelles and Arabian oryx on site as well.
You can also rent quad bikes and go camel riding, and lots more.
In the morning, we walked out to camels grazing between the rooms!
Note: power sockets are few and water pressure in the bathroom can be weak at times - which can be expected as it is in the middle of the desert!
4x4 drive is needed to access the site through the desert - it would be helpful to have this on the information for the resort BEFORE the day of arrival so arrangements can be made by visitors.
It’s also nice to walk up the dune just at the camp.
And of course watch sunset or sunrise from the top of dunes (driver has to bring you).
Very attentive and friendly personnel. Especially the waitress Namrata from Mumbai was great.
Nice Staff, helping you out with everything you need. They brought us with a golf caddy to our tent which was only 30 meters away, so we did not have to carry our luggage through the sand. The tent had a lot of space, air conditioning and a great clean and comfy bed!
The pool is also a great area where you can escape the hot weather. It is a small one where we had a lot of space because of Ramadan and because there were only a few people around but in high season it might be full, maybe a few more chairs need to be added.
The buffet for dinner and the breakfast were great! A variety of salads, meat and also vegetarian obtions available and well explained by the staff when you are entering the restaurant.
You get complimentary water and also the transport at the meeting point of a Fuel Station was complementary to guide you to the desert! (Fix meeting point once a day, and only one way but the way back is very easy to find) (4x4 car neede, otherwise no chance to make it!)
The whole location is great, there is also a fireplace in the evening where they give you Marshmallows and Hot Chocolate is great but we were not able to join that evening because we went out to the desert to see the stars and the nightsky.
We will definitly recommend and come back any time we are around!
