However, there are some areas for improvement. The air conditioning system appears to be faulty, which caused discomfort and interrupted sleep for one guest. Furthermore, there is limited wifi coverage throughout the location, which can be an inconvenience for those who need to stay connected. There is also no TV available, which may disappoint some guests who were hoping for some in-room entertainment. Additionally, reaching the location can be challenging for those without a 4x4 car, as they would need to walk uphill for a kilometer. Finally, there are no activities or entertainment options available, which may detract from the overall guest experience.

Overall, while the location has many positive aspects, there are also some areas that could be improved to provide a more well-rounded and comfortable experience for guests.

Sama al Areesh is a nice camp which is easy to reach , we were greeted there by the staff and they helped us in getting our car upto the camp, we received very warm welcome by the staff with traditional Omani kahwa and dates candy, rooms are quite traditional in appearance but have modern amenities of air conditioning and water heater with proper bath and shower in the middle of desert, room linens and towels were new and good quality we took dune bashing and camel ride as well and were very happy with the services by Nice local gentleman Mr Abdullah, we would like to emphasise the very nice service offered by the staff and especially to manager Mr Prashant who was very helping and caring in all aspects, dinner and breakfast was very nice and plenty of options for both and vegetarian food, we enjoyed our stay a lot and stayed until late in night under the open sky absorbing the cool winds and star lit sky,
Overall we are happy to have chosen them for our stay, my suggestion to them for them to include the evening activities like bonfire, local traditional music, Shisha etc , also keeping a few quadbikes may add to the pleasure of the guests.

الفندق جدا ممتاز لكن خسارة لازم تمشي على قدميك حتى تصل غرف الفندق لا يوجد درج ولا طريق ممهد متعب ولكن المغامرة جيدة جدا والفطور مناسب وأنصح به للعرسان الجدد أو تجديد العرس .

Nice little cabins recently renovated and clean. Breakfast and dinner included and very good quality. You can reach by car BUT note that you have to walk uphill a bit in the sand - you cannot reach directly to/near the rooms unless you have a 4x4.

We visited this place in December. The place is near to the road and can be reached by any saloon car. They have cozy parking down to resort. We walked to the rooms barefoot. Quite entertaining for the younger ones. Rooms are nice and elegantly built with ethnic touch of our rich culture. Being an Omani, I am proud to be in here. Dinner they provided buffet. Nice and variations of food served in a pleasant place. Sitting area is quite a happening place to sit along with your family and friends. Very comfortable sleep with the children accommodation as the rooms are quite spacious.
Breakfast served in Buffet. Nice and fresh smell of omelets was appetizing.
Overall Great experience. We shall definitely return again to enjoy their nice and warm hospitality. Kudos to the staff and management.
