Très belle situation sur la plage, bon petit déjeuner européen, personnel très agréable, terrasse chinoise sur le toit et salles communes aménagées avec soin.
Les chambres sont plutôt simples et pourraient être un peu plus soignées, mais elles sont fonctionnelles.
Le nettoyage des chambres ne se fait pas automatiquement mais sur demande, ce que je trouve très bien.
Le rapport qualité-prix est bon et l'hôtel est à recommander.

C'est un endroit et une situation très agréables. Il ressemble aux photos et est accueillant et confortable. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et font du séjour un plaisir. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Plusieurs espaces extérieurs confortables pour profiter de la vue. Merci pour votre hospitalité.

Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre pour 6 nuits, mais il n'y avait pas de wifi dans les chambres et il n'est disponible qu'au rez-de-chaussée. Malheureusement, la plage qui est juste en face de la rue n'était pas pour la natation aussi bien, ce que nous n'étions pas au courant. Les chambres n'étaient pas aussi propres et la villa est généralement poussiéreuse. Heureusement, les femmes de l'hôtel ont été très gentilles avec nous et nous ont laissé partir le lendemain en ne payant qu'une nuit. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et fait maison.

L'endroit est très agréable et bien conçu, avec une belle table à l'entrée avec des livres et des guides.
Front de mer. Belle terrasse panoramique.
Je pourrais lui donner un bon 10 mais je m'arrête à un 8 car le personnel de service ne le rend pas aussi bon qu'il le devrait.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein toller Ort für Erkundungen in Muscat. Gutes Frühstück, großes Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ganz besonders hat uns die Dachterrasse gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We loved everything about Lana Villa. Our room was incredible, beautiful fixtures and a view that brought joy every time you looked. We arrived so early off out flight and you could not have been kinder to us, this continued throughout our stay. We absolutely loved breakfast as we are travelling to many countries and to have something wholesome and delicious was such a bonus. We also got many tips off fellow travellers as you have created a kind and helpful atmosphere. Thank you

We did a fabulous hike behind the Mutra fort. We loved the restaurant Ocean the vegetarian curries were exquisite.

Wir haben dort nicht gewohnt aber gefrühstückt und unser Auto in Empfang genommen. Es war großartig und völlig unkompliziert! Super nettes Personal, dass alle unsere Wünsche (Kompressor, Messgerät) erfüllt hat und uns nach Abgabe des Wagens, zu einem super fairen Preis, sogar noch zum nächsten Hotel gefahren hat!

“Home is where the heart lives “ and LanaVilla perfectly captures this . It is the exact definition of a guest house meaning you can mingle with so many guests from all over the world who share their stories. It is like a clubhouse almost with happy visitors transiting to have a memorable stay in Oman.
The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting . The staff give Great tour advice and where to go in Muscat as well as a good service.
Not to mention the comfortable rooms and the unobstructed sea view from the house is heavenly . It is Directly facing the sea is an added bonus if you want a quick dip.
I just love the quaint decor of the house it is so adorable and inviting.
What more is there to say except when you come to Muscat , “LanaVilla” is the place to stay .

We had an amazing stay at Lana Villa. Ms. Rona was welcoming and professional, and the room was pristine with sea view. Breakfast is decent. The customer service was outstanding, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Lana Villa for a relaxing experience.

Perfect B&B in Muscat. Clean and in a quiet location.
The team in charge is really helpful and considerate.
Oliver is really friendly and always eager to recommend you great spots and restaurants. I absolutely have to thank Rona and Clara for their warm welcome and great service. We immediately felt at home thanks to these two lovely ladies in charge.
