Oman is a great and diverse country. We have been traveling with Desert Flower Tours twice and we enjoyed both tours (10 days each) to the fullest. Our wishes were planned for and we had a number of little surprises along the trips: great views, great food, great people.
We loved the night in the Empty Quarter desert, the swim in the Wadis, castle visits, the Dhow factory in Sur, so many beautiful camels in Dhofar, the early morning walks at the white and sandy beaches you will find across the country. With our feet in refreshing and clean waters. Guides who are knowledgeable of their country, its culture and make you feel like home quickly. Two times is not enough for us and we will be back for sure.
You really start to appreciate your hosts when something is not going along the plan: our flights got cancelled to Khasab. Hilal and his team did such a great job rearranging the plans, walked so many extra miles for us! Hilal operates his agency with such great passion.
