DO NOT EAT IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT
The food portion size is that of a tapa and high costs charged are appropriate for a meal.
They should be ashamed to call that a restaurant!!!!
I was extremely disappointed and raised this with the wait staff who then told me that it is a tasting menu now. No mention of this on the limited menu.
Go outside the hote......l if you stay there to eat.
Breakfast was Ok but hollandaise sauce with eggs benedict was to liquidly. The fish stew on evening menu was a cheat - some cooked fish added to a fish broth???
Beach Club is a nice touch and "star of the show".
Te recibe un camarero aleman con mal ingles, nada de portugues o español.
Pasados 10mn, pedimos la comida y una botella de vino, tras esperar 15mn, recibimos el vino pedido y de ahi a la comida otros 15mn, era pulpo a la brasa. Tras avisar al camarero, pasados otros 10mn sobre los segundos, pizza y hamburguesa, estos aparecieron a los 10mn. La hamburguesa se pidio muy poco hecha y lo recibido, era hecha o punto mas. Despues los dos cafes con hielo, estos si fueron, en tiempo, normales.
Resultado, tras 106€ y una hora y 10 mn y hablar en ingles, portuñol y español, salimos decepcionados, no esperabamos eso de un hotel y en este caso de su beach club, de ese nivel.
Los comensales que habia en el salon atendido por 5 camareros eramos 26 pers.
Beach club is 40 minutes walk away not what we imagined and was very poor food and service
Afternoon Tea not on despite being advertised
Free parking though
Breakfast not great had much better
To add to this though the area is not worth staying at all nothing to do or see and restaurants and bars are poor
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Duce qui nous a raconté l’histoire du bâtiment tout en nous accompagnant à notre chambre.
Cette dernière est très lumineuse et parfaitement équipée.
Rolando a pris en charge nos valises et nous a gentiment accompagné au Grand Beach Club.
Le soir nous avons dîné au restaurant les plats furent une réelle découverte tout était merveilleux et le service fut excellent avec Bogdan (ces cocktails sont incroyables ) Sara et Gabriel.
Nous recommandons cet endroit et nous reviendrons sûrement !
