Hotel is gorgeous and the staff are incredible. The hotel isn’t close to a whole lot to see and do, but we enjoyed our stay. We had no issue getting a car to Faro for the day, but otherwise stayed in and enjoyed the spa. There is some shopping and restaurants across the street from the hotel too, which was nice.

Hilton Diamond member not sure why guest services couldn't upgrade me ended up in the dungeon with no view. The staff was adequate setup a reservation for tea service and was told they didn't have a reservation. The managers were incognito ???? Nice restaurant and spa the porters we're excellent

This is a 5 star resort and I agree. The resort area has several pools of which one is heated. Large rooms with bath, shower and balcony. The staff is very service oriented and all this creates a pleasant and relaxing stay.

A wonderful experience staying at the Conrad. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly and in particular Diana at the breakfast restaurant! Rooms are spacious, clean and have beautiful balconies. The grounds are beautiful with several pools, lots of sunbeds, free tennis / football/ basketball court. There is heated outdoor pool accessible all year round and a free indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi. You can also pay a little extra and get access to the lovely SPA - massages are very good there! There is plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet and you can also order some additional items from the menu (all included in the breakfast charge). You can rent bicycles (including electric ones), get beach towels and water bottles for the day. The hotel has everything you can wish of needing! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic stay at the Conrad with my husband for our babymoon. Every single member of staff is so warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to assist guests. Diana, the host who welcomed us at breakfast, was exceptional. There also was a gentleman on reception (whose name I have forgotten) who gave such wonderful advice on local areas, restaurants and the best places to have some beautiful walks. I also had a pregnancy massage with Isobel and it was amazing! We look forward to returning in the future.

We have a house close to the Campus and decided to go for a quiet drink at the Conrad and check out the art. As we finished half way through our drink a very drunk couple showed up and started bouncing around trying to talk to everyone. The man started shouting obencities at us because we were trying to ignore him, then came over and demanded we shake his hand which we politely said no, then he began telling us to f off and giving us the finger. The staff after alerting the front desk came in and did a brillant job keeping him away from guests. However a bit surprised when staff said they had to be escorted to their room the night before as well. Not the night we had hoped for. Meanwhile his wife is passed out in the chair.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful hotel the beginning of February for couple of nights. We were welcomed with couple of cocktails, free partking and a very nice ammenity in our room...which by the way was incredible! The view was so pretty and the place was huge. We had a delicious breakfast each morning and a awesome experience for dinner. Meeting Andre Soares was really cool. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and professinal. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ankit Kumar, very welcoming, attentive and warm to our needs. Both are great representation of The Conrad. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anyone who visits Algarve, Portugal.

To the hotel manager how do you achieve such a remarkable professional work force?

From the moment I arrived to the time I said goodbye the staff at all times were not only amazingly attentive and helpful but were always smiling and happy with no exceptions to make my stay the best time possible.
The hotel has a lovely feeling of space and grandeur with style to match. Both the indoor and outdoor infinity swimming pools are spotless and without the claustophobic of some hotels. The rooms screams luxury with some lovely unexpected touches...
The breakfast a must and a real treat.

Owing to its commanding position inorder to get to the golf courses you do however need a mode of transport.Unless you have a 4 ball booked then you will need to pay for taxi transfer from the hotel ,which is a pity. There is however a free transfer to the beach but only operates in high season .

Comes highly recommended and is a proper retreat.I will be hoping to return but please keep this our secret as this is a rare gem.

We went through to the Lago Lounge high tea for my wife's birthday celebration. The service was friendly and the staff attentive without being annoying. The high tea itself was delicious and enhanced by the decor and ambience. Will definitely be coming back!

Apparently a 6 star hotel?! Hotel is nothing special. Nice room. 2days 2rooms out our 7day stay; since the first room had a putrid smell, we have been moved to another room. Concierge are lovely. Service is s littls slow by the bar, as the hotel is at 50% compacity unsure why I'm having to wait 20mins for a glass of champagne & a daiquiri. Let see how the rest of the holiday goes!

Bereits bei der Einfahrt fühlt man sich wie ein König. Und vor Ort wird man auch so behandelt. Wirklich extrem freundliches Personal welches sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert. Das Hotel ist Top gepflegt und wir verbrachten wunderschöne Weihnachten da vor Ort. Besonders sind wir von der hochwertigen Qualität vom Morgen Buffet begeistert.
