Tennis in Balaia

Stayed a week there. The apparent was quite spacious and clean .Two nice sized balconies overlooking the pool .
Staff were amazing.
We will return

Vorsaison: gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten ein schönes Appartement. Jedoch sind einige Eimer Farbe angebracht und das Mobiliar ist auch nicht gerade hochmodern (Küche und Bad waren okay).
Wir hatten HP gebucht und das Restaurant zeichnet sich durch eine gute Küche und freundliches Personal aus.
Den angeblich beheizten Pool sucht man vergebens !!!
Das Hallenbad ist zusätzlich zu bezahlen- Schade.

Firstly the grounds of the hotel are beautiful, even though they are doing renovations to areas and privately owned apartments. The indoor swimming pool you have to pay for separately even tho if you book with some travel companies it states the use of this is free which was very disappointing also when you are able to get in there when they are not holding private classes also swim caps must be worn. The shop that is connected to the hotel is very expensive so i would look for a super market as these are a lot cheaper. there are two restaurants one of which was under construction during our stay and the other the food wasn't the best. The apartment we were allocated was brilliant lots of room and everything you needed including washer and dryer however we had to be moved apartments as the joining apartment was being renovated by its owner and workers were drilling and banging from 9 am, they stated they were un-aware at reception that being said our other apartment was just as nice and had the same facilities within. there are shops and bars within walking distance probably around a 20 minute walk. The staff in reception however were very helpful and polite and also the house keeping who came to sweep and change linen and towels. The out door pools were very deep and well looked after and there were plenty of them scattered around the village a tad cold tho in February but i bet it would be lovely during the summer months. There is no entertainment there in case you are looking for something for the children in the evening.

O espaço em si e bastante agradável, com todas as acomodações preparadas e equipadas para quem for passar uns dias e queria fazer as refeições no local. Na minha experiência tive alguns percalços,
1° check in- não encontravam a minha reserva, após alguns minutos e envio de comprovativo foi- me então facultada a entrada. ( Rececionista impecável na resolução do problema foi também nos atribuído a oferta do free pass da piscina interior, uma vez que tem custos).
2° limpeza- deixa um pouquinho a desejar, incluve encontrei recibos de compras com mais de 3 meses nas gavetas dos quartos.
3° atendimento nas refeições- no meu caso tinha incluído o pequeno almoço, fiquei com impressão que só os estrangeiros e que são bem recebidos neste espaço, a primeira situação foi ao perguntar se podíamos ter acesso a esplanada e piscina uma vez que somos fumadores e não terem facilitado o acesso dizendo que precisavam de autorização, para meu espanto vem uma família de ingleses foi autorizado sem sequer haver nenhum problema, a segunda situação passou-se no dia seguinte, chegamos anunciamos o número do apartamento deram-nos a opção de escolha das mesas ( o espaço é bem grande e estava quase vazio) e quando nos fomos sentar a menina recusou que nos sentassemos indicado apenas uma mesa ,onde por azar estava ao lado de uma família numerosa e bastante barulhenta. Após o meu marido questionar o motivo da recusa a menina foi bastante rude e até mal educada, fazendo comentários desagradáveis ao colega que se ouviu a alto e bom som que geraram risadas entre ambos.
Por estes motivos duvido que volte ao espaço havendo tantas outras opções

Schöne gepflegte grüne Anlage im portugiesischen Stil bebaut. Gute örtliche Lage an der Algarve. Das Personal zeigt sich sehr menschlich und nahbar und dabei sehr freundlich.

Everthing was perfect. Einfach wunderschön alles. Also the cat and the gaivota. Thank you..

My family and I had a great time there. However, I was informed that to play Golf, it costs 70€ (a day and without equipment) that's ultra overcharged for the field they have.

Wunderschöne Anlage. Die alten Pinienbäume zwischen den Niedrigbauten verleihen dem Exterior ein besonders entspanntes Urlaubsgefühl.

Morgens zwitschern die Vögel vor dem Sonnenaufgang. Wer den Sonnenaufgang am Meer genießt, hat es nicht weit: Entweder zu Fuß oder nach einer zehnminütigen Autofahrt - egal zu welcher Bucht, das Meeresrauschen beruhigt die Seele immer.

Auch im Winter sind die Außenbecken sorgfältig gepflegt. Hier im Balaia Golf Village Resort erholt man sich auch "zu Hause".

Wir sind bereits zum dritten Mal hier.

We played 9 holes golf and it was a nice course. Short but tricky. Fair prices fast greens.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours à l'hôtel Balaia Golf Village. Accueil très moyen le dimanche à la réception par une personne qui ne semblait pas comprendre notre réservation, en chambre + petit déjeuner. Aucune explication sur l'organisation du petit déjeuner. Chambre sans chauffage à l'arrivée, en janvier, quand vous attendez des clients, un minimum de chauffage serait bienvenue. Literie correcte malgré des oreillers d'un autre temps, lampes de chevet déglinguées l'abat-jour juste posé, salle de bain fatiguée, voir photo, sèche cheveux HS avec prise bricolée cassée. Cuisine équipée agréable avec équipement complet, séjour avec vue agréable sur la piscine, canapés peu confortables car fatigués. Le ménage est censé être fait tous les 2 jours, mais en ce qui nous concerne, pas de coup de balai le jeudi .... et le jour de notre départ, le réceptionniste me demande si j'ai fait le ménage !!! On marche sur la tête. Il ne manque pas grand-chose pour que ça soit très bien, mais là, c'est plutôt médiocre, le strict minimum, et le service mauvais. Dans ce cas là, appelez ça une location de vacances et surtout pas un hôtel 4 étoiles.
