朱莉欢迎您来到她儿时的美丽家园，她在保留原有风格的基础上对家园进行了全面翻新。她把这里变成了一个可爱的世外桃源。这里有 3 间平房和 4 间卧室，全部采用当地天然材料装修设计，美轮美奂。这里有品位、有色彩、有情调。她热衷于生态农业，花园里盛产水果、蔬菜和芳香植物，所有这些都可以在她的特色餐桌上找到。驴子和其他农场动物会让孩子们大饱口福。

Superbe. Cadre splendide dans le respect de la nature et tout le confort en plus . Nombreuses terrasses et coin feu le soir dans le jardin. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir délicieux avec les produits du lodge ou locaux . Accueil chaleureux de Julienne et tout le personnel aux petits soins . Proche du parc et très nombreuses activités. Nous n avons malheureusement pas pu tout faire mais espérons revenir prochainement.

Séjour inoubliable (2 nuits) ! Les lodges sont très confortables, le dîner et le petit déjeuner partagés sur la grande table commune avec les autres voyageurs sont copieux et délicieux. L'endroit respire la sérénité, on s'y sent si bien. Un grand merci à Julienne pour son accueil si chaleureux et son aide pour planifier notre visite d'Akagera et la suite de notre voyage à vélo !

I only stayed for one night at Rutete Eco-Lodge but can warmly recommend it - the lodge, which opened one year ago (summer 2022) has a very nice owner who paid a lot of attention to detail. The lodge is a 10-15 min drive from Akagera NP and located in a small village, so the main source of 'noise' is birds. The cottages are very cute, clean and offer sufficient space. I also liked the B&B vibe - dinner was served for all guests on a big table - and loved the breakfast (I had poached eggs on avocado toast).
There is only one negative aspect, which is to be attributed to the NP, not the owner of the lodge!): guests planning to visit the NP for more than one day have to pay the entrance fee twice.

Rutete is simply magical! The grounds, rooms, and lodge are stunning and the food is delicious. The proprietor is welcoming and beyond helpful. We will remember this stay for years to come.
