This place is really beautiful and the food at the restaurant was nice. Unfortunately I can’t really commend them for the service. Our waiter was not very professional. One person from our group did not like the cocktail she was given and when she told them about it, the waiter was extremely rude. Fortunately the manager rectified the situation and we were happy with the rest of our orders. They have a nice pool but we were a little disappointed that it’s 10$ per person to use it. Although I hope they can improve on their service, I would still recommend them for their food. The views are nice and they have a good selection of wines too.

We had an amazing stay at Umuko Lodge! We were with our small children who also had a great time canoeing on the lake and swimming in the pool. The staff was very dedicated to our need. We also met the owner who was very kind. The room was the cleanest we've stayed at in Rwanda. The food (and the wine) was delicious also. We cannot wait to stay there again.

Superbe endroit pas loin de Kigali! Parfait pour un super week-end au vert! Excellent service, piscine à température parfaite, canoë, bonne cuisine et superbes logements. En tente ou bungalow, on est vraiment bien, on ne veut plus partir!

Been there for a while, and it's a great place to stay with your people, a place where to relax with both friendly people and environment! Stayed there coming from Akagera National park as well as it's not far from there and had a great time there, don't hesitate to make an adventurous visit there

Lieu paradisiaque, accueil parfait, service excellent. Tous les plats que nous avons goûté étaient délicieux.
Je recommande chaudement et n'hésitez pas à y passer le week-end, de loger dans les bungalows et profitez de découvrir les environs, divers activitées y sont proposées.

De passage par le restaurant du lodge ce midi, je suis impressionné par la variété des plats proposés et l’accueil du personnel des plus souriants. J’ai probablement mangé le meilleur hamburger que j’ai eu l’occasion de goûter.
Franchement, si vous passez dans le coin faites un stop, ça vaux le détour. Et en plus la vue est magnifique. Si je repasse dans le coin, je n’hésiterai pas à tester le logement dans un de leur bungalows qui à mon avis sont de la qualité de leur restaurant. Je vous raconterai ????

Magnifique Lodge. Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans un des bungalow. Très luxueux et vue imprenable sur le lac Muhazi. Balade en bateau sur le lac organisée par le Lodge, farniente au bord de la piscine et excellent resto. Que peut on rêver de mieux?

I was just a walk in, and the service I received was beyond my expectations! The place is beautiful and calm as I love it, everything is explained to you clearly leaving no room for confusion and their food? I can’t begin to talk about it! I tasted both the fish and the steak and I highly recommend them! Be sure to check them in Rwamagana! Their customer is very good!
