This was a lovely place to stay with the most comfortable bed and pillows that I have slept on in Rwanda. My only complaint was that the rooms face the courtyard and people could be a little noisy at night.
The staff was friendly and responsive, the courtyard was a nice place to sit, and the food was quite good. It does not have a lake view but you can access the lake within a few minutes walk.

Enjoying my stay here. Very quiet location, with an amazing view of Lake Kivu from the Suite area. Super Fast internet. I have had no trouble doing my work. Also very close to so many restaurants and hangout spots, if you're into that. Like a few seconds walk away.
Great service and a very humble team. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. The Suite Rooms could use some extra upgrades (Suite - better/best everything), even if it came at a cost.. the views from the Suites would be worth it.

This place is great! Clean bathroom, hot and powerful shower, clean and spacious bedroom. The matrass is a bit hard, but definitely the best we had so far (we stayed in the standard room). They have wifi in the rooms. The courtyard is lovely and has a bar. The breakfast consists of soup, pieces of meat, cheese, bread, fresh fruit and omelette. The staff doesn't speak English very well but good enough. If you go to this place, also visit the restaurant across the street: lake side, that one has tasty food.

This hotel was actually better than I expected. It is close to the water, and the service is amazing. They were all super friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the parking would get full, and it would be hard to find parking. Other than that I give them a 9/10! I will def be going back there when I come back to gisenyi.
